If you need item quickly then don't bother. They will claim they just realized it's not in their US warehouse and will ship it from overseas which takes 2 to 5 weeks.

File a paypal complaint immediately otherwise they say they already shipped it and there's nothing they can do.

You can tell they are not a US company because their emails arrive in the middle of the night!

The first thing that should have tipped us off was that we didn't receive a confirmation email for our order. After waiting a while, we called and learned that it was shipping from China, but would "absolutely" be here on X date (3 weeks after the order!). A day after that absolute date, I called back and was told that the original shipment was damaged and I'd "absolutely" receive a new one in 48 hours. Days after the new absolute date, I was told that I'd "absolutely" receive it in another week.

I told them that they had 48 hours to get it to me as last promised, or I'd start reporting them as a scam operation. Nothing received 4 days later. I've since asked for a refund (by email to document it), and will be escalating that through Paypal and my credit card if not done soon.

Seriously - the low price on something isn't worth this hassle. And after we waited for a month with nothing to show for it, the item is now available for that same low price everywhere.

If you simply must because they have an item you cannot find anywhere else, it would be wise of you to pay through paypal so that when they don't ship you what you ordered you can escalate it. I don't know if they are playing dumb to hold on to your money or they are just a poorly run business, but either way, they didn't know how to issue a partial refund back to me for an item that they said was out of stock. By far the worst online purchase experience I've ever had. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First they mailed the wrong item for a Christmas present. Then CS said soooo sorry we will get you the right item before Christmas. Three times they have said we are shipping you the right item... Finally over a month later they say "you will receive your package in 48 hours".
Now another week later they are saying we must ship the original wrong package back to the third party before receiving a refund. What a scam!

Placed an order on the 24th. Received email on 25th that was so confusing, I decided to call the company. My order history showed it was processed, another place showed as pending. However, I had the same item waiting for checkout for $100 more than what I originally got it for.

I finally got ahold of someone. They tell me it's on backorder and wanted to know what I wanted them to do. It was on backorder, but their site is still selling it, with 2 in stock. Even though it's on backorder, my card was still charged and I never received an email stating so.

They claim my card with be refunded within 2 days.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I visited the online store to purchase doll for my little girl. I browsed through the collection and found an amazing frozen doll which I wished to purchase. I placed my order online and the site assured to deliver the product within a week. But a week passed by and the order was not dispatched to me. My order ID is *******. I tried contacting the customer service team but there was no response. I was wondering what was happening as I have a shopped a couple of times from this site but never came across any such issue. So I left a mail for them hoping I would receive an answer. Fortunately, I got a reply from the site and they explained me the reason for the delay. Now I have received my order and glad that it was delivered in a proper condition. I’ll be shopping my next item soon from Cutebabybuy. Hope I won't face any such problems again.
