I bought an item for my son for Christmas. According to the company's website, it ships from Texas and they use 'many different forms of shipping' so it would arrive promptly. I order on the 13th and spoke with someone on the 15th who confirms all information with me. A week later, the SAME MAN is calling again. So I start my investigation because something seems really wrong. All reviews of this company are made by people affiliated with the company, not normal consumers. Even on their FaceBook page. Niiiiice and fraudulent. I emailed them and they kept replying with the same crap about 'confirming my information' which I had already done and emailed them telling them that. I didn't get anywhere until I disputed the charge with PayPal and was promptly refunded. I would be terrified if these scammers had my credit card information and I suspect that is all they are doing; looking for people to pay with credit card. If you have, cancel your card! Now!

Save yourself time, money & a giant headache SHOP ELSEWHERE. They took my money, didnt have what i ordered in stock (you would think they would have known that immediately) told me it was shipped, then told me it wasnt in stock after i asked for a tracking number, told me the money would be refunded in 5 days, then 7 days. Now all i can do is wait. If i don't receive a refund i have to call PayPal back & take action. Wish me luck.

Myhusband and I purchased a Rockin Rider Pony for $65.00 (the website shows 2 available) we were contacted a few days later and told it was out of stock and they asked if we wanted to wait on the order, we asked for a refund (Thank God!) because a week later we check the site only to find they are still listing this product as available and they have now marked it up to $590.88! Yes FIVE HUNDRED NINETY dollars and Eight Eight cents! RIDICULOUS! Seems like a scam to me, maybe they are gambling with people's money meanwhile they don't really have any products to sell! SMDH!

SCAM! DONT SHOP HERE!

Perhaps I've been spoiled by shopping on many other websites whose support are prompt and reassuring, but shopping here seemed short of support... if there was any to begin with. I was shopping online, for a particular item, ordered it, got a confirmation email regarding my order and payment pending. According to their website, orders made after hours or same day, are processed the next business day. They're no Amazon, so I didnt expect my product to be shipped immediately. BUT, after checking my bank account and transactions I noticed the payment had processed, and checked my email to see if I got another email that my item had shipped... GOT NOTHING... it was then did I find this activity suspicious. Checked on reviews, of this particular store, and to my surprise, saw all these bad reviews, and rightfully so, and very similar to my situation. They lacked COMMUNICATION, and any type of support. Upon checking to see if I could cancel my order, there wasnt anywhere on their website, or confirmation email where I could cancel my order. Called my bank immediately, cancelled my card, and reported them to BBB.
Not even a couple hours later... I got an email from Cutebabybuy confirming my item being shipped that same day, right then... I thought this to be fishy as well, and knew, they must have been contacted or followed up on regarding my situation, and it was only then did they decide to email me about my item being shipped... What would have happened had I not said anything? Reading the previous reviews, I would have had to wait weeks, to hear, or received my item... They must have got a real kick in the butt, to have gotten them to ship my item. So yes, I would say I am spoiled by other, reliable websites. I took a chance on Cutebabybuy... as pretty, and well put-together website could be, it lacked on so many levels. NEVER shopping here again.

I have also been a victim of this website's poor management. I ordered a product that said that they had 2 in stock with standard shipping to arrive before Christmas. I put in the checkout notes that if it would not arrive before then to cancel the order. 5 days later(DEC22), I was emailed by the site to say that there was a problem and their supplier could not fulfill my order for an additional 2-5 WEEKS. I immediately went back to the site to double-check the stock status because I was pretty sure that it said it was in stock when I ordered, and there it was... still showing 2 IN STOCK, even after I had received an email about it being on backorder. The phone number they provided was a Houston area code, so I then checked to see if maybe they had a local store I could visit because I live in the metro area. NO ADDRESS LISTED ANYWHERE, no contact other than a support email and the same phone number provided with the delay email, no names either. This place may have good prices on some items, but that's only because they are drop-shipping everything and have no actual stock on hand. It seems that every bad review of this site leads to the fact that they don't have good communication with their suppliers and their customers. It's almost if they don't care about the 'occasional' problems and resolving them to their customer's satisfaction because out of 3 review sites so far I've been to, their bad reviews outnumber their good reviews by at least 4 to 1, eventually this will lead to reduced business and then I bet they will take note, if not, I don't care because I'll never order there again. Their Facebook page is full of planted comments... oddly enough with similar names of the good reviews on this site, coincidence?
