I place order with spa if it's requirements of the work and even with writer expert, however they'd assign writer who have zero background on the field of order, writer made mistakes reflect his/her knowledge on the field, however customer service force the Isuzu and ignor my Appel for refund with un realistic claim

I am writing this review with 100% honesty. I ordered a Ph. D level paper with an advanced writer and advanced paper. The result was a paper matches a first or second year student at max. I asked for a refund or changing the topic they declined my request.
Defiantly, I'm not going to use this again.

Structure is fine, however some corrections are required at the beginning. However, I think the writer did a good work but 1 hrs delay deadline.

This company is a horrible writing company who assigns lack luster writers to assignments even if you pay for a top writer which is obviously an extra amount. I placed an order for an assignment which was $621.18 and an additional $88.06 for the complexity of the order. Mind you, I placed the order 3 weeks before the deadline. On the day of the deadline I received a message from this scam company that my writer is being changed. I quickly called them and found out the writer could not do the assignment. This should have been communicated to me days before but being a scam and unprofessional company they are they did not do so. I demanded for a refund to which they only approved $621.18 initially after arguing with the lady over the phone that I paid an additional $88.06 for the complexity of the order she then approved it. I have only received $621.18 but I have not received my $88.74 today is the 6th business day which I was told both transactions will be in my account latest by the 6th business day. I am meeting with my lawyers to sue this scam company. Avoid them at all costs. There is a reason why they are receiving low reviews and other writing companies high reviews. I regret not looking at the horrible reviews for this company.

They do me powerpoints with copied text of my instructions and they put low quality photos and unseen colors in the photos.

After that they promised to refund then the manager said no will not refund!

I have been using this service for a long time, my experience at he beginning was good. Lately the writers do not match the criteria, they do not follow the directions of the paper, miss information. The customer service always ask to give mire time even though you pay for a certain time, if you ask for review they ask for more time and do not give any discount for that. I do not recommend this company at all. If you want to get a good quality do not use their service, I have recommended multiple people to this company and so far all of them have the opinion.

They wasted my 5 days. I asked for a research paper writing, and paid extra for preferred writer and complex assignment. The document i got was a school level essay with numerous mistakes. As refund they are willing to provide 40% back, which means for wasting your time they keep 60% of your money. Moreover if you ask for 100% refund, they will post article online, which is scary if you have tour research work in it. Was a mistake to use this website.

The price is high compared to the other company due to quality. I can't go back here again as the price is hard for pay.

The first writer did not follow the essay instructions at all, when i asked for a revision, he refused to do it and i have extend the deadline for almost a day which my essay had passed the deadline already. The support team said they were looking for a new writer but holy 24 hours there are no update of my assignment, i cant believe a writing service could do such things.

My order was cancelled and left me without a paper to turn in. I had to stay up all night in order to do my paper. Very disappointed. The person I talked with wanted me to replace the order which would have made it outraguously high and did not offer me a discout at the time. I have spent hundreds of dollars over the years with this company. I was so mad I placed my last order with another company.

I paid for 15 page paper for economics, and they wrote about a complete different topic, I asked for revision, the second writer only changed the title and the first page but the rest was the same, and I had no time for a third revision. I had to submitted anyway and I failed. I asked for refund and they told me its too late. So bad service and poor writing skills. Just be careful!

Top 10 Writer's may not be worth the cost.
On several occasions, writer did not follow very explicit instructions. I always state to message me if you have questions so the paper quality is on par. I am always a partner with writers.

This last Top 10 writer had 5 days to write a 8 pager paper. The day before I received a message from company and from the writer clearly suggesting they had not started the paper nd did not read instructions.

I informed the company I was very concerned and specifically asked if a new writer was needed so that quality and instruction would be delivered within expectations. I always get "canned" eassurance replies by the company.

Well again, the writer did a research paper that every source was referenced the day before due date. No citations and numerous clearly defined sections in the paper were not even addressed.

I requested for a 36 hour revision and followed up 12 hours later because I heard nothing. After several emails, I was informed they are looking for a writer and requested extension. Where is my writer?

This is not the first time the Top 10 writers with this company take an assignment, fail to make the paper a priority, deliver a paper that does not follow instructions and has low quality, and then say they are not available to complete revisions.

This is the worst thing that a person seeking a writer can happen. Once, I understand, but repeatedly is a reflection on the lack of oversight by the company, particularly related to quality!

I have been using custom writings for some years and it has been difficult for customer support to actual assist me with what I need assistance with. They lie about giving you a "free revision". The writers request that you pay for additional pages with your assignments. The writers don't read the attachments and directions carefully. I'm just completely annoyed with the service they have been giving me the last months. And they don't even have a support team that you can address this with. They'll all tell you the same thing and side with the writers. They also charge you additional if you have a specified bank. There's just been a bunch of nonsense going on.

Most inept company out there. They paper was below par, then worse, they refused to honor their money back guarantee service. Don't waste your time, energy or money. You can take a chance but I promise you will regret.

I got to cancel my order three times because they failed to find me writers

Worst writer EVER! Paper was LATE, order wasn't correct, writter gave me a plagiarism paper, directions was not followed, I ordered art and he sent a physic assignment in seconds. I tried explaining this to customer service, however nobody wanted to listen! I received a F for failure. I don't recommend anyone to use this writer

Usually my orders are very good and I've been a customer for years. Except my last order was really bad. The writer seemed not experienced and not professional at all. Not only the instructions were not followed, the level of writing is horrible. The writer pasted exactly what was said in the instructions in the introduction part and what is in the paper is different. For example the writer says in the introduction Bahrain is in table 2 and in the paper table 2 is Oman. The tables are not pasted neatly like a master's lever. The descriptive is just repeated many times throughout the paper and just the numbers were changed. With this amount paid I was expecting a better level of writing and at least the instructions are followed properly. Very bad quality and I hope the support team have a better look into it.

2 years ago they were the best but since 2 years the service is really bad, the papers are really poor and I was getting very low grades

I did not recieved the kind of help I wanted. It was a amateur work and a random person would write it better hundred percent. In addition, I could not got any refunds.

They gave me sources incorrectly sited and once the teacher saw theyre making me redo the whole essay cause it was wrong and they think I copied it

I can't even call it a service but I will say however, custom writings is an absolutely horrible service. I had a paper written with regards to sports massage and I receive a paper on massage for osteoarthritis! It was immediately "rewritten" or should I say Plagorized. All the writer did was take the first essay and plug in Sports massage where they had reference to osteoarthritis! Even the references weren't changes... the same references were used in the revisions and there was nothing in them referring to sports massage. It was a horrendous experience which I paid a lot of money for and couldn't use the essay as it was garbage. Resolution? They said I could "re-order" services but there was no offer of either a refund or another essay being written. So its an insult to say there is a money back guarantee when it was never an offer despite me asking for my money back. It is complete garbage and I can't even begin to figure out who they are getting to write the essays or if someone is simply generating essays using some computer generator. It is crap and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and I wish they would stop sending me questionnaires to fill out regarding their service!

I thought I could fx it but in the end I wrote my own paper. This one was Un salvageable.
