Poor experience with writer at premium price and now I have an independent writer emailing me saying he got my information from PaperOwl

Top 10 Writer's may not be worth the cost.
On several occasions, writer did not follow very explicit instructions. I always state to message me if you have questions so the paper quality is on par. I am always a partner with writers.

This last Top 10 writer had 5 days to write a 8 pager paper. The day before I received a message from company and from the writer clearly suggesting they had not started the paper nd did not read instructions.

I informed the company I was very concerned and specifically asked if a new writer was needed so that quality and instruction would be delivered within expectations. I always get "canned" eassurance replies by the company.

Well again, the writer did a research paper that every source was referenced the day before due date. No citations and numerous clearly defined sections in the paper were not even addressed.

I requested for a 36 hour revision and followed up 12 hours later because I heard nothing. After several emails, I was informed they are looking for a writer and requested extension. Where is my writer?

This is not the first time the Top 10 writers with this company take an assignment, fail to make the paper a priority, deliver a paper that does not follow instructions and has low quality, and then say they are not available to complete revisions.

This is the worst thing that a person seeking a writer can happen. Once, I understand, but repeatedly is a reflection on the lack of oversight by the company, particularly related to quality!
