I ordered one jersey, paid and after the order went through, received a message that it would take 2 months & I could not cancel. Called multiple times and never got a call back. It's been more than 2 months and still nothing. DO NOT USE THEM.

This was a great experience. The product was excellent and was delivered in the given timeframe. I have been looking for a Cleveland Barons jersey for years and they actually have them. The communication throughout the process was great. They answered all my questions and requests and kept me updated throughout the process. I will definitely use them again.

Tried to call about my order, they don't answer their phone and when they replied to my email they wanted to charge me $75 to cancel and cocky about it too. Did a charge back to get get my money back. Stay away from this company

Reminded me exactly of the old Met Jerseys worn in the early 70s. The color, the stitching, the feel….just perfect. In fact, probably better than the ones they wore. Great job!

I ordered a jersey and within hours discovered that my husband already had one just like it. I immediately sent an email asking that the order be canceled. I received a response indicating that they had already ordered a "name kit" and would not cancel my order. I offered to pay the cost of the name kit, and I was told that they would have to mark it up (so they could profit). Unbelievable. They charged me $200 for a jersey and would not allow me to cancel within 24 hours- and were completely unwilling to work with me. I will not order from them again- which is a shame- because my husband is a huge hockey fan.

Im not sure what all the 1 star reviews are about, I bought a jersey from them in February and I recieved it quicker than i thought. The quality is amazing and the owner is very plesant to deal with. All the info is on their website about sizing and how it takes a few weeks to make because each item is made as the order is placed. So all the reviews saying it takes way to long those people clearly do not read before buying. They even send a follow up email after your order to make sure you order the right size so if you dont get that right size its your own fault. I hope people continue to use this site, they do great work and it ships quickly. I am going to tell everyone that wants a throwback jersey to use them.

I think that when I order on Custom Throwback Jerseys, I have no problems ordering what I found that I liked. I find it very easy to put a jersey (or jerseys) on order and pay online. I love this site, and I've recommeded this site to my friends. The jerseys are a bit pricey, but they get the product right for the most part. Worth every penny, I think. I've ordered a lot of jerseys from this site. I highly recommed ordering from this website.

I ordered a jersey for my boyfriend. I ordered an extra large because he wears large or extra large in regular shirts. Well, it was goalie size. He couldve worn complete goalie gear under it. A couple of weeks ago we had it altered and they did a fantastic job. So he finally was able to wear it a year later. The jersey is very well made, and now it looks amazing. I shouldve ordered a medium and it wouldve been much better. But it worked out in the end.
