Custom Throwback Jerseys

Wrote 3 separate emails to this company and didn't receive a single response back. I wanted to return my jersey because it was not true to size. I ordered a L and it shows up looking like an XL. So I email them about getting a refund and get no response. I submit a form on their website for them to email me and receive an email saying that they do not do returns/refunds, only exchanges. And that if I want a size exchange, I have to pay an additional $70 AND wait 8 weeks for the exchange just to process. When I emailed them back with my concerns, I received a rude response back. Forever wishing I would've read these reviews before spending $180 on a jersey that I'm going to have to get tailored anyways. This company needs to put more information in their return policy, as it is choppy. As well as learn how to take negative feedback instead of sending a snarky comment to a person they just did business with. Not a good look.

They made a mistake on my jersey (forgot a shoulder patch) and when I emailed them asking if they could fix it, they said it wasn't their problem. They said I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee (which they don't mention on their website) and left me hanging. The customer service rep was also extremely rude, saying they have better things to do on a Sunday than deal with this. Overall a horrible experience and would recommend that you shop elsewhere.

They created a beautiful custom replica jersey exactly as advertised. Their communication was excellent and they got the jersey delivered ahead of schedule, despite the pandemic and slow US Postal System. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend this company!

This is the second jersey that I bought from Custom Throwback Jersey and my husband absolutely loves it. Great customer service. Had a small issue about delivery and they took care of it immediately. Love the quality and care that they put into their jerseys.

I had my doubts, its hard to find authentic throwback jerseys these days with all the chinese crap out there, but i have no doubts now. My 93 Wendel Clark Jersey is 100 Authentic, quality, a bit more expensive but worth it. I WILL be buying more, thanks!

I bought a Frank Robinson home Orioles jersey from 1966 and could not be happier or more satisfied with it. The quality is excellent and well worth the cost. Everything went well dealing with CTJ from ordering to communication and delivery. I would not hesitate to purchase more products.

The quality compared to the authentic jerseys is like night and day... you can tell that they get generic majestic jerseys and they stitch them on themselves so don't get fooled and think that they are majestic. The details on them look really off i bought 2 different dodger jerseys and they looked like something you can get from your local uniform shop... for a little more you can get an authentic jersey and you don't have to wait so long to get it. The jerseys on those chinese websites are better buy for about $30. I will never order from them again.

I cannot say enough about the quality of the jerseys. These are not the cheap, thin types you may find in stores neither are they cheap imitations. These are top quality thick and very authentic custom made jerseys. The LONE complaint I have is the nearly 6 weeks turnaround and prep. However, when you realize these are not "stock" items and are customized at the time of ordering you understand the time needed for exquisite attention to detail.

I first reached out when i was wondering where my order was it had been over a month (which now i figured out it's because they actually get their stuff from China) and when i reached out they had an attitude about that when i received the jersey i wasn't satisfied with the placement of the numbers i emailed them asking for a refund and they didn't respond, so i went through PayPal for them to say "we're closed due to a pandemic called Covid-19 maybe you've heard of it" just rude for no reason, i find it funny because Covid was around when they took my money initially and sent me a jersey i don't like... bottom line they're rude and they're jerseys are trash, don't buy.

I have ordered two custom throwback hockey goalie jerseys from CTBJ so far and they are both beautiful and very well made. One is even surviving the shenanigans of my beer league LOL. Will definitely be ordering a 3rd+ in the future!
