The phone number shows up for many different "companies."
Ordered a shirt from ivartee, who advertised on fb.
They emailed on Sept 6 saying it shipped.
Tracking on post office site says they don't have it.
Tracking on ivartee.com says the order number from their own email is a bad number.
Multiple emails unanswered.
Called, waited on hold for ten minutes, then got a message saying they're all busy and to call later, and then it hung up.
I'm calling the attorney general and reporting fraud, and I'm reversing the charge on my credit card.

I ordered a 2pac adidas t-shirt as on there site it looked amazing quality.
When it arrives its a fake counterfeit item, print is awful and the colour on the t-shirt is all off.
I paid around £42 GBP for this with postage costs, its worth around £2.99 maximum!
Messaged them and ignoring my messages and when do get back to me are telling me to send photos of the item to them via a link they sent me.
When I click the link to send the photos, nothing happens! Avoid!

I ordered the tshirt on Aug 24, it's now Sept 5 and I still haven't received it or received a response from the company after emailing them a few times. The shirt was supposedly shipped on Aug 27, from Santa Ana to San Diego which is only a few hours drive. Someone could have walked it to me by now. The name they were using in my transaction was pickite. I tired looking up reviews for pickite, and of course found none, only to find out that it was a fake name for customteesales. I contacted my bank and filed a claim. I hope the BBB finally gets a hold of them and shuts them down for good.

Buyer Beware! Do not order from this company! Unfortunately I did and after 4 months the design wore off and is unreadable. I contacted the company to let them know my issue and see if I received a bad batch of shirts. They said they understand my disappointment, but it is out of their return time frame and wont look into the issue any further. A $35 dollar shirt should last longer than 4 months! Im not only disappointed in the response I received, but also the company and how they dont stand behind their merchandise. Do not waste your money and make the same mistake I did in ordering from here.

I ordered what appeared to be the perfect father's day shirt for my husband 2 weeks ago. When I called the next business day to ask if there was still time to request a size smaller, I was told it was already in production but that I could exchange it no charge within ten days of delivery! I was also informed that I'd receive an email once the packages shipped. More than a week later (and after father's day was past) I called repeatedly and got through to nothing more than hold music an occasional prompt telling me to call within their PST business hours. It was close to noon their time! Finally, I got a guy on the phone that sent me a generalized email around the time I sent an email complaint. As of two days ago, I finally received a shipping confirmation complete with a tracking order stating it had shipped two days prior to the receipt of the email. Problem is... The package didn't appear to be moving. So I called DHL and was told that though they have a label number, they have yet to actually physically receive the package that was supposedly shipped several days ago! So... You can't really get anyone on the phone, they took our money! And they'll even send you a tracking number... Without actually sending anything!

I ordered a t-shirt and once received the shirt was poor material and stiff, the graphic was dull and dirty looking. I tried contacting them via email with no response. I Called them numerous times to only get a recording saying all agents are busy call back later. I'm sure they are busy with all the unhappy customers. I finally got a hold of an agent where she stated they needed to contact the graphic department to see what the issue was and they would get back to me. It has been 5 days and no contact and again I cant get get thru to an agent. I am so frustrated and I guess had higher expectations thinking this was USA companyand especially that I paid 30.00 for a T-Shirt. Buyers BEWARE!
