The customer service team told me I was $#*! out of luck one refund when the onezie I bought was printed wrong and won't let me return it. The mama is missing on the shirt where it's supposed to say "before my mama beats yo a**". Extremely disappointed in the whole item and experience.
2 months later all I have received is an email claiming my item shipped, but no item, and not one single email from a living breathing person. Every time I have tried to contact them I have received an automated email in response. The only reason I gave them one star is because it wouldn't let me give them zero.

A CHILD SIZE. I ORDERED A XL ADULT AND WAS SENT A CHILDS TSHIRT. COMPANY ISNT RESPONDING AND HAS NOT OFFERED A RESOLUTION TO FIX THEIR ISSUE. PAYPAL WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH THIS COMPANY EITHER.
Ordered a shirt from them on June 6th. Was for a Father's Day gift. Still have not received it and get no human response from them when questioning. They are scammers. Don't order
Order a shirt through Proudnavy.com somehow the receipt has Customteesales.com on it but it was being shipped by Gearlauncher.com. WTF! Ordered it on April 30th just got it today June 16th. 46 days! Really? Do not do business with any of these company's. I had to file a PayPal claim for them to finally send it. This has made me read reviews and comments from other customers from any company I order online of Facebook from in the future. Again Beware of these companies.
Ordered shirt a month ago, still waiting. Customer no service says can't cancel cause it's in production. Lousy service.

Do not order from this company! I ordered over $120 worth of products for my daughter's Birthday and only received one broken w off center print. I never received a confirmation email and tired in vain to contact them for a refund! I learned my lesson to now look into a company (especially if found on Facebook) prior to purchase!

If I could put a negative star on this I would. This is the WORST on line experience I have ever had. Customer response just kept putting off delivery date for eight weeks from purchase. They have "offered" to send another - to put off complaints for ANOTHER eight weeks. I would NEVER order from this place and just WISH I had looked up these reviews first. This is a company of thieves. Don't waste your money - you may as well burn it.
Low quality shirts with burry, off center designs. Design started to fall off with first washing. Much better to be found from legit retailers.
