GearLaunch is the official name of this scammer operation. Customteesales is just one of many names they create until they are shut down by the FTC. BBB has graded an "F" on (customteesales.com being one of them). Barrett Summerlin is the chief of staff of this company and with an unusual name like that, it's pretty easy to find her on the internet. We'll be serving her some legal papers shortly. Barrett Summerlin's company steals art images from the web and reproduce them resulting in very low quality product, then sell them at discounted prices. They ship out of 234 Front St, San Francisco, CA *******. They change their names and websites frequently. Used to be a site titled customteesales.com which was shut down. In the past they have been thecustomtshirts.com, teehub.com, coolteeusa.com, tshirtinsider.com along with lots of shut down sites as well. They currently operate under the name Shadestee.com. Their current phone number is *******840. If you do a search for customteesales.com or their phone number you'll find tons of negative reviews and an "F" Rating with the BBB. If you try calling them, you'll be on hold for about 15 minutes then will speak to someone in broken english who will state they only handle orders. They have stolen and reproduced 3 images thus far from my company and upon sending them a "Cease and Desist" letter through their email address of *******@shadestee.com they have an automatic bot which replies "This will be removed" only they will then immediately relist it. Facebook has repeatedly removed their listings as well due to repeated copyright infringement. They have done a good job at keeping their privacy at the moment. There are no US businesses under the name Shadestee. They are paying for privacy for their domain name. Would probably require getting in touch with the domain provider which is namecheap.com to learn more. They have a hidden home page and essentially you have to know the URL or have a link to really navigate their site well. Gearlaunch who is the mother name of this scamming operation (that is before they change it) have been sued in the past for copyright infringment https://norcalrecord.com/stories/*******-companies-accused-of-selling-band-merchandise-without-authorization This is an illegal operation and needs to be shut down immediately and the officers arrested. They know about the difficulties in enforcing copyright laws and even posted a bogus means of reporting copyright infringement on their site which is just a waste of time and a cheap means of window dressing.
