I placed an order for hats 2 months ago and now after going through the whole sample process and at the last step they say that their vendor doesn't have stock... probably because they waited two months to place the order with the vendor instead of placing the order when I paid for my order TWO MONTHS AGO.
Robin totally did not care about my order or business. She just blamed her vendor and didn't take any responsibility.
I can understand slow service but to just not do anything is insane.
I ordered customize caps for my family members. They provide good option to choose our price range, quality of the product. Had nice experience shopping with them.
The quality is good and the personal is nice, but in order to place an order you've got to fight with the website. It took me some time to finally order personalized cap I wanted to buy. However, as I said, the quality is good. Thank you!

Searched online for hats, found Customizedwear.com. Though i was hesitant at first ordering hats online, they made the experience easy. Not only did they place the logo where we wanted, they also sent us a sample picture. I noticed the logo was crooked on the sample and questioned it. They responded they would fix it right away so I approved the change and waited for our shipment on the hats. We received in a very timely manner and the quality is great. My only complaint is the very high pricing in shipping. Another company we have ordered items from had free shipping included with their items. That's really our only complaint!

Super duper awesome hats! Awesome variety of everything - shapes, sizes, colors, materials. Every hat has quite a detailed description and even if that is not enough you can get custom ones. Haven't tried them yet but I definitely will.
