We spent a good amount of time on the phone and emailing back and forth with Lisette ironing out details for our order. This is our second time doing business with them and did not think twice to re-order their products. Lisette was more than happy to assist us with our questions on the custom order. She sent us pictures of the products and was glad to track down a few other options that we were looking for as well. Highly recommended company and very friendly customer service.

It is often said that you can't get all three of these factors at the same time. However, Customized Wear seems to break the rules, because they deliver on all of these aspects. I got the same hats cheaper from Customized Wear than I could get from a local embroidery shop, and the customer service at Customized Wear was great when I wanted to make a change to the design. It also didn't take more than a couple weeks for my order to get completed and delivered, which I think is pretty timely. Overall, "well done", and special thanks to my salesperson, Robin, for being very helpful and following up with questions!
Robin was my sales associate and she was amazing and extremely helpful, the hats were exactly like the pictures and better than I could imagine, not to mention super fast delivery, i have no need to shop anywhere else now!
The sales person from Hatco was pleasant and great to work with. Two weeks after the design was submitted the hat order was delivered on the promise date asked for. Would order from them again.

Customized Wear gets a perfect review from me. I gave them very vague guidelines and they were able to come up with a product and design that fit my needs and exceeded my expectations. We've sold out of our merchandise twice now and I'm about to place my 3rd order.
Buying custom merchandise can be pricey with a lot of minimums but Customized Wear makes it affordable. They have a quick turn around time and their staff is always available to answer any questions! This is my second order from them and I'm quite happy about it.
