Terrible, ordered a jersey on aug 17th, jersey supposedly shipped first of oct, sent to wrong customer, contacted david several times, to make a long story short, it's nov 5th and still have not recieved jersey. Filed a refund request with pay pal. I don't think the even exist as a company.
Terrible and dishonest business. Waited months to receive the jerseys and when received they were completely wrong. Told me they would do embroidered logos, they were not, cheap silk screened. Colors of all jerseys were wrong and names on the back were misspelled. Quality was less than acceptable. Told me they would make it right and never heard from them again. After many emails and calls I reported to the BBB of Canada. They never responded to the BBB. I am out $600 for 3 jerseys that are complete junk. Would have gotten more quality from a manufacturer in China. I would give negative 5 stars if possible. If this company were in the US I would bring them to court. Please do not do business with this company, you will be disappointed. Case study rip-off.
These guys have been great to our team! I originally hesitated to deal with an out of province business, but they were much quicker than any company in town here (about half the time) and were able to save our custom design and deliver us more custom jerseys for new players 4-5 years after the original order

Just received jerseys for this weekends tournament and they are sick. On top of that, I may have screwed up the shipping address and David went above and beyond to help me and make sure I got these for this weekend. He is literally an angel.
Dave and the staff have been taking care of my beer league hockey team jerseys for the last 5 years. If with the barriers and restrictions of COVID, he has still delivered in the end. Oh, did I mention he also ships internationally? Yes, my team is in the Sacramento, California region.
Non-existent customer service. I ordered a pair of jerseys and got them after 6 weeks of waiting. When they arrived they had the wrong number on them. I have called everyday for 4 days straight and have not received a response. I have also left a customer service request using the form on their website. I have had no response from that either. The product itself was fine. However, until I can get this issue resolved I can't say that I would ever us this company again.
I sent in a request for customized jerseys. The product was not complete and they took forever to complete. They did not follow the directions from the template I created. On top of all of that contacting them is hit or miss. I would not recommend them at all, they will keep your money.
Do not do business with these people! They are robbers and scammers. I ordered a custom jersey and after 3 weeks, they tried to say it was lost, then they said they were going to file a complaint, and get me a new one, then they said they lost that one too! Eventually they ordered me a tracking order for a free jersey as compensation but neither came!
Doing business with an online custom company is always dangerous, especially when you get an email response about a question that takes weeks. Call customer service-no answer, only voice mail, which never gets response. 2 times called same issue-no one home. Tried Chat-guess what-no one there besides the open line on the chat, how can I help. When I entered my text, no response, 4 minutes later-no response. Closed chat. Tried calling again, press 1 for sales 2 for CS. Guess what? No one home... you had my money-you were happy to take it, but no one responds. FRAUD ALERT! I'll be going to PayPal for a complaint as well and get my money back.

Ordered and paid for an expedited custom jersey and from the very beginning, each step was a nightmare.
1. Didn't receive the jersey within their expected timeframe, despite having paid extra and missed my event deadline
2. Received the item with a significant stain and got them to agree to send another
3. Received the second item and it had a stain too and got them to agree to refund all our money, if we shipped both jerseys back
4. Sent both jerseys back via certified mail and now they aren't responding to any inquiries.
Bottom line, they took our money and delivered no product. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
Ordered on July 3rd, according to their site, jerseys take 10 days to make. Have not got an update or anything until I messaged them on 7/20. Promised by Dave that it will be expressed on Thursday. Lies, never shipped at all. Reporting to the BBB. Needed the jersey for an event on the front page of Twitch.TV will be warning people instead. To never ever use their service in front of 30k viewers.
I ordered a few items from the site & I got an email saying it takes a couple weeks to make before shipment. I waited for a little over two weeks and then emailed about the status of my items & received an apology response saying that the item could be shipped the day I emailed or wait two more days & get an item for free since I waited so long. I was okay with that but then that still didn't happen so I wrote the "company" an email saying I will be taking my business elsewhere & that I would like full refund of my items. DO NOT BUY OR CUSTOMIZE ANYTHING FROM THERE! LACK OF SERIOUSNESS! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
