I ordered these as a last minute surprise for the team. I was impressed with how quickly the Custom Ink team was able to turn the order, but appreciated more the fact they offered me some other design options (I went with theirs) and did it with less colors, saving me money and making me a customer for life!
Customer service was excellent and the print was fine. But the shirt was hideous. Rough and enormous in all the wrong places. Completely strange sizing. Extra long but tight across the chest. Also wrinkles will not come out if you wash it. The roughest supposed 100 percent cotton. Not worth the money. Not reallyh wearble.
This is my first time ordering from custom ink so as far as customer service is a very good experience. It would be great if a sample shirt is provided before doing the final print because it came out very different from the final design to the actual printed shirt, I would pay extra for sample as long as the price is not extraordinary.
Overall quality good, ease of website good, just disappointed that the order wasn't verified before they were sent.
Customer service was awesome when it came to helping me complete my order. However, the proofing that was supposed to adjust the design to fit the different sizes was not the best. I know you guys can do better so I'll continue to be a customer and maybe make sure that our next order is done correctly.
Ultimately, my request was fulfilled and once I had a design to approve it all went smoothly I just thought I could click a few buttons and put in the reorder, but the process seem to be more involved than I thought necessary. Our employees are very happy with the t-shirt themselves.
Overall I am mostly satisfied with custom ink. Delivery was quick, they managed to digitally capture my logo, the cotton shirt feels pretty good. My only qualm it's about the bottom of the front logo that was lacking a little bit of material.
Custom ink's experience was very good overall and the printing on the product was so much better than I thought it would be! However, when it came the actual sweatshirt looked very cheap and it was an inch smaller on all sides than it said it would be in the size charts. The price was extremely high for such a low quality product.
My only complaint is that the website said "GUARANTEED" delivery by July 3. Yet I didn't receive my order until July 6. Not much of a guarantee. Luckily I didn't need it on the 3rd or I'd be much more irate.
Too early to review products, just received. There was no packaging, only the package you shipped in, which was fine The shirts seemed heavy and stiff, but will see after they are washed
I use Custom Ink semi-regularly. Sometimes the quality comes up a bit short, but the customer service they provide to make up for it is over the top. It keeps me coming back.
The service on CustomInk was pretty good, up until when my expedited order was put on hold, and I received it a day late, only to realize that the back of the T-shirt was completely lacking from what I was promised and the black ink I paid for on my back design was left out entirely, leaving a pretty horrible picture on the back. I hope I can contact Custom Ink support to fix this issue as it is unacceptable. Luckily, the participants at my event are close with me so if I get a new shipment we could replace the shirts easily. But if this unlucky thing were to happen to anyone else, their whole event may be ruined because of a lousy printing job on Custom Ink's part. I am hoping to get my current shirts fixed or entirely replaced for this issue. I would not order from Custom Ink again if I knew that the print would severely be lacking and I didn't get my order on time like how it has turned out right now.
Over the past six years, I have been very happy with the logo tee shirts I ordered from you for my grandkids. The fabric quality has been fine, the logos well printed, and the shirts were always delivered quickly. As yet I have not opened this year's package, but I don't expect any unpleasant surprises. I enjoyed the shirt design options and efficiency of Custom Ink, though the fact that the cost per shirt did not include the tax from the final price became a major issue as I had already received payments from my team, and had to alter the shirt so that it cost less when tax was factored in.
I got the sweatshirt made as a gift. It arrived about a week earlier than expected. The color was a little bit more muted than I would've liked, but overall it looks good. I'm a little worried about how the logo will hold up after a wash, and there are some streaks in the printing on the back of the hoodie.
I have had experience with quality printing of quality made shirts through Custom Ink. Prior to this order, I had ordered face masks that left me totally dissatisfied. This time around, Custom Ink looks like it's done a pretty good job, though pretty expensive when compared to production of tee shirts.

Price per t-shirt ordered is high for low quantities (less than 10). Shirts run small so be sure to order up 1 size.
I originally tried to set up a net 30 agreement with Custom Ink through Dustin. He informed me he would be able to accommodate me so I placed my order. He sent me a I-9 form and I went ahead and filled out the necessary forms with my company's home office and that is before I even received my order. Then about a week later I received an email saying that my order would be delivered on July 17th but was still waiting for my payment to start producing the order. I didn't really pay much attention to that email as I figured things were different because we were on a net 30 agreement. So the 17th passed and I received another email stating that they were still awaiting a payment. So I then called and spoke to Madeline G and explained my confusion and if maybe Dustin himself was confused about what a net 30 actually is. She assured me she would fix it. Madeline had my order rushed out to me immediately. I am very pleased with the swift action she took. I just hope going forward I don't run into this again.
The logo came out fine but in hindsight I should have paid to go with the custom color match. The color that was chosen by your team is more rust than brown.
I had originally ordered a black t-shirt for my design but had received an email from Heather stating the images may not show well and I could opt to change the color of the shirt (no extra cost). I emailed back and we agreed it would be changed to a light grey so the images would stand out. She sent an updated image with the grey and it looked nice. A couple of days later I received the shirt and it ended up being the original black one I ordered. I was a little upset, but the images were clear enough and it was a gift and didnt have time to return it.
While they send u your order and are honest, the ammount of bugs in their website is like a mosquito infestation. Firstly and less-important, the only way you can save your work in the website is to have them email you a separate email for each individual design. So say you have 50 designs...you have 50 emails with 50 separate links. Annoying but nothing to huff over. However...they should at least get the color right. I had chosen a dark brown for the tree design. Or at least, thats how the color appeared on the websites preview. I did notice however the name of the color didnt sound like what a dark brown would be named. When it came in the mail, the color was golden instead of dark brown. Basically it looked like dead yellow trees. I was so disgusted with it I ended up donating it to charity.
