Cheap...I asked for and paid for a thicker military grade coin. They made a mistake and produced their usual cheaper thinner coin. Instead of remaking them they said they would credit back $117. That was a few weeks ago and have not seen the credit. The coins were for a charity golf tournament. The coin had a golf ball marker insert within it. Marker falls off in your pocket and the coin feels cheap and not military grade. 100% customer satisfaction noted on their website is a lie. Art department was good though.
