We ordered 200 coins from Custom Challenge Coins and I can't begin to express the deep disappointment of the product I received from this company. As you can see the new coin looks nothing like the original. After talking to a supervisor on the phone, they said there was nothing they can do other than offer us 20% off the next order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO WITH A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Cheap... I asked for and paid for a thicker military grade coin. They made a mistake and produced their usual cheaper thinner coin. Instead of remaking them they said they would credit back $117. That was a few weeks ago and have not seen the credit. The coins were for a charity golf tournament. The coin had a golf ball marker insert within it. Marker falls off in your pocket and the coin feels cheap and not military grade. 100% customer satisfaction noted on their website is a lie. Art department was good though.
