My order was placed today, so I do not have the product yet. Customer service while designing the coins and placing the order was top-notch. It was obvious that I was receiving personal responses to my questions, and not "cut and pasted" answers like other websites sent me. The personal touch and quick response time made me feel comfortable that I was dealing with someone who cared about their product.
My dad liked the coins that I ordered for him. He is 95 and he wanted a simple coin with just his entry date into the service and also with his retirement date. He liked the plain gold colored coins. He also wanted the Marine Corps emblem on one side and his name on the coin. I believe the artists that design these coins are able to create a special coin that a marine would be proud to give to a friend! Dad will take these coins with him on the Honor Flight to Washington DC this weekend and I know he will happily hand them out to his fellow veterans!
