Everyone I spoke to whether through email or phone seemed very eager to help and assist you with your order or any questions. I was always able to talk to someone on the phone directly the few times I called. I did most of communication through email due to my schedule. I received a replied email very promptly. They worked patiently to get the designs I wanted on the coins I ordered. When the coins were received, which they kept me up to date on the status, they were of great quality. I was very satisfied with their level of professionalism and would recommend them to my colleagues.

The website was user friendly with all the pertinent information accessible. I also called customer service for double confirmation. There wasn't any deviation from what was listed on the website. Barry was friendly and happy to answer my questions.

I was honestly surprised with the quickness in my inquiries were responded to by Custom Challenge Coins. I placed a small order but was treated as if I was a major customer. I made an error in my order form and CCC corrected my error quickly and efficiently. I am retiring and want to give a memento to those I have worked closely with while working as a prosecutor and judge over the years. Proof was exactly as I wanted and ordering was easy, so I await my coins with anticipation.
My only comment is that the proof # could have been presented more clearly. That is "1" rather than "Proof-1". My comment may seem silly, but, the difference was not clear to me until my order was nearly complete.

So far, so good. However, I would have liked to see an itemized list of the order to insure that I made all the right selections and entered the right data at the end of the transaction, prior to clicking the submit button. Or a back button on the last page to allow for re-verification of order selections. I've already seen the product that I ordered and I liked what I saw. I have one of the coins from the initial batch, that is why I decided to order some more for myself to give as gifts. The fact that I was able to get a quote with a picture of my coin and the friend's name who placed the original order was very convenient and helpful. I am glad that I didn't have to pay for the die, graphics, and shipping. This isn't always the case, I'm sure, but I am happy with the process.
