Custom Challenge Coins

This was our 4th order.

Barry Rainwater was excellent in his review of our your company's policies and services and of our account's history and related coin specifications. Our orders had been handled by another member of our organization. We also appreciate the military discount he gave us for ordering 200 challenge coins, which resulted in our ordering 200 instead of the 100 we had ordered 3 times before.

This is my 4th Coin Order. Each time the company has been excellent! Even when I had an issue, on my first order, the company stood behind its service and swiftly resolved satisfactory which is why I will continue to use the service. The art team has been excellent and understanding of design change requests.

I just ordered my coins, and have not received them yet, so I can not comment on the actual coins. However, I have had several conversations with Barry and he has always been available and very helpful. He is courteous and knowledgeable and my experience with him has made me a satisfied customer thus far.

I haven't received my coins yet but I have ordered coins for the last unit I was in. The process of creating a new coin and the break down of the pricing was great. Although it will be nice to see a examples of edging and be able to see what polished silver vs a black nickel looks like.

Very easy to work with and even though combining payments with another agency, worked well to make this happen and even double checked our work. Price was very good and promised delivery time is impressive. Can't wait to see what the finished product.

I received my first order quickly, and the coins looked great! I did not see an easy way to re-order on the website, so I called customer service. I had the new quote in my email before I hung up the phone. Great company to do business with.

The customer response was fast and efficient. The ordering process was simple It would be helpful if the website had a button for options. They are listed at the bottom of the pricing sheet; however, it is not overly intuitive that they would be there.

I began the process without very much knowledge about the design of the coin. The designers translated my very basic concept into a great design. The slight changes I requested were quickly done and proofs resent. I am very happy with the final result and I am looking forward to seeing the coins when they arrive.
