I just ordered the coins today, so I cannot speak to quality, but the answers to my questions and proofs that were sent were very quick compared to the 2 other companies that I looked at (one I have yet to hear from). In fact, most of the communication via email and and both proofs (the second modified slightly from the first) were all within a day. Very impressive and if the coins look like the very detailed proofs, I will be ecstatic!

Easy to demostrate what i looking for. Great at making adjustments and getting the coin looking great. I had no artwork, Judy an example and idea. The price was about what I expected Delivery was projected for 21 days which is an ample time. Although I have yet to see the quality of the finished product, I trust the experience that Barry demonstrated so I am confident
An all around professional experience. I am currently deployed. I would send an email and receive a response the next day. Polite and answered all of my questions. All in all I received a coin that is better then I had expected.

Outstanding service and communications. Concept artwork was submitted as a powerpoint file and quickly designed into a concept coin. Was surprised on how quickly the order was processed and coins delivered in just 7 days after payment!
Only problem was opening the proofs as an attachment. However, after some effort I resolved the problem and easily made a decision on the proof. Very responsive to providing the third proof I requested.
My dad liked the coins that I ordered for him. He is 95 and he wanted a simple coin with just his entry date into the service and also with his retirement date. He liked the plain gold colored coins. He also wanted the Marine Corps emblem on one side and his name on the coin. I believe the artists that design these coins are able to create a special coin that a marine would be proud to give to a friend! Dad will take these coins with him on the Honor Flight to Washington DC this weekend and I know he will happily hand them out to his fellow veterans!
I'm very pleased, on the overall, with customchallengecoins.com but am not as pleased with the file system you use. In my own experience, our account is identified by the name of a member of our organization who did the original research for us but who is not in the signature line for committing to an order. This is the second or third re-order of the same coins we use and when I go to re-order, I have to call in to ask for the identification of our account. I think a much more satisfying method would be to assign account numbers to each account and identify them by those numbers so that when there is a change in who does the ordering the originally named person is no longer specifically identified with the account.
The ordering process was seamless! I reached out to c/s because I needed direction as it was my 1st order. I left a message & received a call back within the hour! I was then sent the info & the link needed to proceed. Now my order is in & I am happy!:-)
I sent in my design and the art dept. expanded my design which I did like although it did cost me extra as I had only wanted color on one side and the new design had color on both sides but overall am happy although I have not seen the finished product.
