The final design provided by Challenge was much better than the original design concept provided by us and we are very happy with it. There were some internet issues with payment but Challenge supported us through every step of the process to resolve the problem. We had to make a couple of phone calls and the staff (Matt) were very helpful and courteous at all times.

Matt Reilly was extremely patient with us and offered suggestions and solutions to our distinctive situations. We greatly appreciate his guidance and look forward to doing business with your company again soon.

My order was placed today, so I do not have the product yet. Customer service while designing the coins and placing the order was top-notch. It was obvious that I was receiving personal responses to my questions, and not "cut and pasted" answers like other websites sent me. The personal touch and quick response time made me feel comfortable that I was dealing with someone who cared about their product.

This is the second time I've ordered coins from Custom Challenge Coins. The first order was exactly what I asked for, so I went back to the same folks. Quick, easy to re-order, good price. What's not to like.

I thought it was very streamlined. Good service. Only issues were both times I requested an image proof, the image had errors in it. Also the timeframe exceeded 2 days. Up to 8 days for a new proof. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

I ordered previously and came back for additional coins. I did want an additional color. They were very fast getting the proofs back to me. Extremely easy to work with, which is appreciated. You won't be disappointed if you obtain your coins from Customchallengecoins.

I was impressed they were able to send example of the coin and what it will look like. This made my experience much easier. I was trying to go through another vendor previously and they intended to charge me on the example, and create a coin. The way Custom Challenge Coin does this, makes it easy for people overseas!
