I made a purchase with 165.93$ on Mar 31 2020. And they issue refund for me on Apr 11. And now Apr 25 and after 14 days and I still not seeing any refund.
1. They are 100% fake because they don't have the item that listed on their website.
2. F* up customer service because they don't freaking response to messages.
This company is a total fraud as everyone else have said, my order never got delivered and they wouldn't respond to my emails or Facebook messages. SCAM all over. Going to take action against these guys.
I purchased a corn UV-C light bulb from this store on the firm belief that what I actually bought is real and can use for disinfection during this time of COVID-19 pandemic. To have a piece of mind, I took the item to an electrical and lighting shop to get it tested for UV wavelength. The bulb did not pass the test to have a merit of being germicidal. This kind of unconscionable business practice will put a lot of lives in danger. Please beware of this store for selling fake products.
The UVC light that was ordered through this website is completely useless. The wavelength of this light does not offer any sterilization properties. I emailed them 3 times inquiring about a full refund for the product. Have yet to hear from them.
Ordered the case and then told it would take 2-4 weeks because it was being "custom made". Ordered another one from Amazon and got it in a day as I needed to a case to protect my phone, figuring I could get a cheap one from Amazon and then get the nice one when it came it. Turns out they are the EXACT same cases but the one from Amazon was 1/4 the cost. So, I guess mine is far from a "custom made" case. Trying to return mine but instructions on how/where to return it and when I emailed them twice, no response. Tried messaging them on FaceBook and got the response that I need to email them. What a racket! Not a fan of Amazon but also not a fan of false advertising and the case is not well made.
I had placed an order with custome case mart on 12 March and still have not received my purchase. I have emailed them requesting a refund for my purchase. Their site says if you don't receive your purchase in 90 days you can ask for a refund of your purchase. I have done that and I got no response from them. They first tried saying due to COVID it might take longer than expected. I called them out on that. I have ordered items from other online stores and they were shipping their items from Dubai and I still got it in 2 weeks. They refuse to acknowledge my emails and I still have not recieved my product. The pictures I have posted with this review is of the date I made my purchase and the status I get when trying to locate where my purchase is. It doesn't exist in the system like they are claiming its in transit.

This was ordered on March 27,2020 and today is May 18,2020 and still no light. I have sent two requests to Custom Case Mart and the first was answered with give it more time it is still with the time our frame. I have not heard from the last request because it has been 7 weeks.
They advertise their cases as LEATHER, they are plastic.
They advertise a US hand made product, it is mass produced plastic product from CHINA.
CustomCaseMart is a con.
