I had placed an order with custome case mart on 12 March and still have not received my purchase. I have emailed them requesting a refund for my purchase. Their site says if you don't receive your purchase in 90 days you can ask for a refund of your purchase. I have done that and I got no response from them. They first tried saying due to COVID it might take longer than expected. I called them out on that. I have ordered items from other online stores and they were shipping their items from Dubai and I still got it in 2 weeks. They refuse to acknowledge my emails and I still have not recieved my product. The pictures I have posted with this review is of the date I made my purchase and the status I get when trying to locate where my purchase is. It doesn't exist in the system like they are claiming its in transit.
