Was a favorite till…..

This WAS one of my favorite stores until I needed customer service. I order so much from them. Several months back I noticed a new charge on my invoice. It said $2.98 unlimited free returns. I clicked it to be sure of the info. This is what it says….

"CURVYSENSE

This was copied & pasted direct from their website. So I decided to try a couple dresses I wasn't too sure about but since I could return them I wanted to give them a try. 2 of the dresses were huge! They were a 1X but fit larger than their 2X. So I contacted them to exchange. I was told it's final sale. Except my invoice/ receipt, my order confirmation, my email, even THEIR WEBSITE fails to mention this "final sale" anywhere. I went through & screenshot the pictures of each item to show there is zero mention of a final sale. So apparently they are scamming people by charging this extra fee. I went to the site for the returns that is ran by X-redo. Their site even says if an item is not eligible for return they are responsible for clearly marking such items. Except they failed to do so. I have since contacted the BBB however they have an F rating there as well. I'm thinking this will likely end as a charge back from my credit card company. Their website is very deceptive & I've made sure to notate & screenshot everything to prove this.
Once I replied that they charged me for free returns then denied the return, they stopped responding. Half of their stuff is available under different brands on Amazon. Just put the pic of the item in their search bar & you'll find it. I'd suggest doing this because Amazon will make them accept the returns & you won't get screwed this way. Although, you're likely buying from a different store, it still looks the same. Please don't get screwed by their false return promise & poor customer service.

Horrible customer service

Even though they mention free shipping on returns all over their site, you have to pay for your shipping label AND a 10% restocking fee if you want a refund instead of store credit. Unfortunately their smallest size is big on me so store credit for something I'll never be able to wear seems kind of useless. I do not recommend anyone shop here unless you want to lose money.

Got what I ordered
June 13, 2021

I ordered after clicking a link on Instagram. I got what I ordered, even though it took almost 2 weeks to get it. Clothes were well made and fit just as the site said they would. Very pleased with my order and will order again.

Worst website ever!

Returns are so difficult, you have to get your own shipping label and pay for it they wont reimburse you for it where most sites give free shipping on returns. Not only that you can't be refunded you get a store credit only. So now this cost me an extra $13 on top of what I already spent and am forced to buy items that I do not want. Never will I recommend or shop here again!

I ordered a few items from them. The clothes were decent for the price. HOWEVER buyer beware they do NOT do returns. Simply because they do not want to. One of the dresses I ordered was out of stock and did not ship. They said I could have an e-gift card for the store or they would refund to my card. Clearly they are able to do returns but choose not to do so. First and last purchase from them! I absolutely let them know their "return" policy is a joke. It's not a return it's an exchange. They need to be shut down.

This was my first time using curvy sense and I was extremely disappointed. The fabric of my dress had rhinestone beadings coming off of it and on top of that they don't give cash refunds only store credit! So my 75 dollar purchase is now wasted. If I wanted to buy more clothes from them I would've already bought the items.

No Refund on clothing

I ordered clothing and 2 pieces out of the 4 I did not like. Started a return process only to find out I only get store credit and not a refund. Horrible service and I should be issued a full refund. Definitely have buyer's remorse.

Pretty Damn Impressed

In a time where I'm constantly getting duped by the likes of Wish, FashionNova, and Amazon I've FINALLY found a quality plus size retailer that doesn't break my bank! I've already ordered three times and I have yet to be disappointed. The sizing has been spot on, the quality of the fabrics are high and last multiple wears and washes - it just feels like they get me. I did have a question about my first order, a few months ago, and no one responded to my email so I'm a little nervous to actually have a problem and work with the customer service team. It seems their Facebook gets a little more dedication than their email. Otherwise, it gets to me in 3 days, sometimes less, and everything fits. I recommend them to all my fellow curvy friends!

I asked customer service when the product would be delivered but they did not read the messages and canceled the order.
The worst customer service in the world and the worst company, they also do not say when they will return my money.

I bought an items from this website I sent back two return returns they don't give you credit back they give you store credit which if you live out of state like I do, how can I have store credit which makes no sense stay away if you want to save your money because you won't get it back

I ordered 2 bowknot bandage dresses a purple one and black one the material is nothing like the picture and not cotton and doesn't fall lose like the picture, the material is a silky material for a old lady it's extremely thin a wind, and it a clingy fitted material also, they are much shorter then on the pic doesn't go to your ankles at all and i am 5'3 so the person in the pic must be 4 ft tall the dresses are just horrible I would never order from this company again rainbow and forever 21 has better quality of clothing than this fake stuff Do NOT ORDER from this company the clothes are pure garbage

Poor quality
