It's trash
October 1, 2020

One, some of the reviews aren't made by teachers like me. That part was not about the review but, now onto the real review.
One, the answers to most of the questions change. For example, you'll accidentally put in "26" for 5x5. When it asks you the same question again and you put in "25" it will say it's wrong.

Two, the characters are creepy and stupid. They always give stupid answers.

Three, racism. The I-ready app is so racist. It discriminates against anybody else that is not american. And just plain old american.

Four, the wrong answers. In reading or the Math program, it will say that six multiplied by six is not 36. It will say it's something else.

And five, the treating of babies. If you're from the age of 8-12 while using this, you will understand what I'm saying. You have to do things that are either two to three grades down from where you currently are. It's unfair and makes it way too easy. You cannot do things meant for your grade which is quite stupid. Anyways, this should be a deleted app.

Borning and the games are too much money! Most of the voices are annoying, but I liked the one about space.

September 25, 2020

According to iReady, if you say 5x5 is 25 immediately after saying it was 26, then it is wrong. According to iReady, 6x6 is NOT 36. Yeah, this app is SUCH $#*!ING GARBAGE $#*! THE SON OF A $#*! IS $#*!ING $#*! NEVER USE IT!

Horrible
September 24, 2020

You know some of those things that you make you scream this is what iready does to people. 1. The lessons take forever like 20-40 minutes. 2. If you miss anything on the test the answer is not explained and I have has multiple times were I fail so therefore I have to redo the lesson over again and still miss it the second time around.

Why?
September 24, 2020

Its just horrible, Idk who made this torture device, idk why my teachers are so ok with it. If they try it I am sure it will make them want to poop in the dumpster rather than doing this crap. Its has some really dumb questions. It looks like they made it in 2001, and most of all, they are trying to make it fun, but like I said... Its a torture device.

This app is HORRIBLE!
September 10, 2020

So, it's too easy, now it gives me hard questions? What is this? Why can't I just type my age? It's terrible, I always avoid this at all times. But my teacher keeps saying, "Do it." It's not even a bad app, it's TERROR!

I ready is so annoying and hard! Its both of those things because 1: my mom made it so that if i get less than 80%, i have to do it over or do another one! 2: If I get ONE Question wrong it gives me a 75 or 67! 3: I have anger issues! 4: It makes me deppresed.

0 STAR REVIEW!
May 21, 2020

I would rather die than do Iready. I hope I can give this a 0 star rating. First: failing a lesson makes you do it again regardless of where you are. Second: I know how to build a FREAKING FUSION POWER PLANT AND IT PUT ME INTO BASE TEN BLOCKS WHEN I FINISHED MY FIRST DIAGNOSTIC. Third: It has made me do several lessons about 5 TIMES. I WOULD RATHER DIG A HOLE TO THE CORE OF THE EARTH THAN DO IREADY FOR ANOTHER SECOND! DANGIT I CANT RATE IT 0 STARS

IReady is a curriculum based website, yes, but it's lessons have LONG PROCESS AND it is NOT RECOMMENDED. I am a student and user of this website. I started using this during mid-term so it is new to me, My diagnostic result was 531, not even knowing what that even means! Long introduction videos before the diagnostic, talking about the features and tools to use during the diagnostic. We did not use iReady until Distance Learning commenced. The lessons were boring and so long. My teacher is WAY BETTER AT TEACHING thank iReady. They lessons are not descriptive and very confusing. During one of our class' online meetings, the brainiest kid in my class complained about iReady! I am in sixth grade and I am very grateful that iReady are one of the tools to keep us learning during this pandemic.

I-ready to die
May 15, 2020

I-ready lessons are idiotic. I-ready treats middleschoolers as 2 year olds. I am an animator myself and this website is discusting and poor quality. In reading the story takes up too much time than the actuall lerning part. I know that its just trying to make it fun but its just a waste. This website makes me want to cry because of the storyline, one assignment takes me half an hour or more! I wish my (GREAT) teacher would stop using this even in online learning. I reccomend Prodigy (not sponsered), its an actuall fun app and its free!

Its stupid
May 5, 2020

(Go to end to see how this would make kids probaly feel)
Whoever says this app is great they're lying to you. I am a student who has to do it, and I will say I would give this no stars. I get on clever, log in, finish my lesson, and I go to my quiz/. Then I probably get it all right and get a 100%. Okay and? BUT... what if I get one wrong I cant go back actually I can but to see that I got it wrong. WE DID IT WE DID IT WE DID IT YAY! It don't teach you nothing, and if you get just one wrong then you get an freaking 80 something percent! I pretty sure you can at least give me a 98%? What is this teaching us? Don't make mistakes or you will regret it?!?! I hope this isn't in the future because I wouldn't recommend this for my or any kids. By the way it will just make kids mad. Because Im a hot head my self and I wanna rip out my hair!

Please don't even think about using I-Ready to educate anyone. The website itself is horrible. During a lesson, I-Ready is almost guaranteed to freeze, forcing you to close the tab, open I-Ready again, and get back on the lesson. The stories they try to put into the lessons are a big disappointment as well. The "stories" are poorly animated cartoons that serve no purpose to learning about the topic at all. You are forced to watch a boring, choppy animation that takes about 30 seconds, just for it to freeze again because I-Ready's rusty website can't handle the slow, animated characters it makes you watch. The actual learning aspect of the program is ok, but I can't take anymore of the quality of the website. Overall, please do not use this absolute broken thing of a website. Every 30 seconds the program will most likely freeze, you will be forced to watch animations with stupid plots that serve no purpose and are not even entertaining. Please use another learning program such as TenMarks which are actually good to learn from.
