These people sure have been good to me. I got a system 4 years ago and just last week Richard Gonzalez came to change the filters. All was well but he was very courteous and explained a lot to me and also checked my soft water tank as a courtesy. Spendy system for the Reverse Osmosis but I am sure glad I got it! No more packing bottles around or filtering in a pitcher!

I was a loyal customer of Culligan Water of San Diego until recently when my reverse osmosis system started malfunctioning. Since November 2024, I've had three service technicians attempt to fix it by adding air to the tank, but the issue still persists. On the third visit, the manager came out and planned to do the exact same thing. His condescending attitude was the final straw, and I had him remove the system entirely.

To make matters worse, Culligan refused to refund my January 15th bill, despite repeatedly assuring me in November and December that they would refund me for January. Today, I was told there was nothing they could do.

Something seems to have changed over there, but I will not be using their services again in the future.
