Crumbl Cookies

These cookies are great. Not as good as moms. But pretty good. Mom pointed out they need semi sweet chocolate in their chocolate chip cookies and she was right. They milk chocolate just tastes like the rest of the cookie. I will do the smaller cookies next time. Very visually pleasing cookies for sure.

The chocolate chip was delicious but got food poisoning from it. I was the only one that ate the center. The pain was so severe I was lying down screaming and I've had back labor x2 and kidney stones. It was so bad that I thought my appendix burst and almost drafted a last minute will. Would have went to the ER, but had a sleeping toddler upstairs and ambulance bills are expensive. Upside is I'm down 3 pounds!

I sent a co worker a gift card for Christmas and when she didn't receive it I emailed customer service and they confirmed I hadn't sent anything to that phone number. Olivia went above and beyond in my eyes I had told her I had made the mistake she took the phone number of recipient and reissued the gift card without charging me again. She didn't have to do that and I honestly did not expect it. Thank You

Is crumbl good? Yeah I suppose so but it's not worth the price. I found the cookies to be inconsistent, and the same recipe is different each day. For nearly $6/cookie, I want to at least be able to know what to expect. Customer service is pretty good though!

PEOPLE - if you cannot find a link or information for a LIVE contact person - DO NOT order from this VENDOR. I dare you to find one on the CRUMBL cookie site. They imply all you have to do is call or text their customer service - but it's a scam. NO ONE responds. It's just a BOT. Have made numerous attempts in contacting CRUMBL cookies for an order that was never delivered - but no one responds. It's a SCAM. Yeah, they have stores you can walk into and order product - but their shipping/delivery process is there to do nothing but collect your money and deny service or the ability to contact anyone to resolve the issues. You've been warned. DON'T BOTHER. Too many other options out there - don't waste your time and money with these people.

I ordered a 6-pack for my daughter's birthday on app, I paid for decorations & tipped $5. I also order a single mystery cookie. They we're out of ribbon for big box so I got a sticker in corner that said happy birthday. The gal showed me the 6 pack, cookies looked good but lid had cookie sized frosting smudged on the inside lid. I got home and the single cookie was not the mystery cookie, I called the store telling her I got the wrong cookie, I bought 6 pack yesterday and didn't want a duplicate of what I already had at home. She asked my name and phone number and told her I'd be there in 5 minutes and asked if I should bring the wrong cookie back. I got to the store and she was waiting for me, told me her supervisor said that they couldn't give me the cookie I ordered and paid for but they could give me a card and I could come back tomorrow. I was shocked and said you had my phone number and you didn't think to call me you to let me know you couldn't give me the cookie I ordered and let me waste my time driving back down here. The gal just stared at me and never said a word. So to sum it up, I paid for decorations that I didn't get, I bought a mystery cookie that I didn't get and had my time wasted. It's a shame I order cookies weekly but after that ridiculous encounter I won't shop there again. I would never let a customer leave unhappy from my store

If I could give this review a 0 I most definitely would. This brand of cookie is so bad that my baby in my tummy almost got diabetes from it.I had to get rushed to the ER and we had to….kill the clump of cells…….it was horrifying and I will be sure to NEVER buy crumble ever again. I hate this store and hope soon very soon it tumbles down the drain. That would make me so joyful and happy…. Because of the stupid brand I lost my first ever child and it's caused my body to not be able to produce baby's anymore because of how bad it effected my insides. It sort of CRUMBLED them into pieces just like CRUMBLE reared my heart into pieces…. Also! When I got it!THEY WERE FROZEN …like the movie. You guys have really made an impact on my life and not a good one. Because of you me and my husband are getting a divorce.because I can't have children. And if I ever have a miracle it will be half cookie half human is what my doc said and I will be sure to tell it to never eat crumbl ever again and I will give it to the orphanage BUT I will make sure every single person at school makes fun of them for being an orphan and half cookie. I named IT chockie because of the choco chip cookie u guys have …PS that cookie sucks.

I needed to contact the support team and they were very helpful and friendly. My issue was resolved without any problems.
