The website was easy to understand and very easy to navigate. My items are the same as displayed on the website. I am very pleased with my finished product and will recommend this company to my family and friends.
I spent over a $1,000+ with your company and some of the trophies looked like the gold color was not as bright on a couple of them, in some the shading looked Orangie and to top it off, which has me angry is that the boxes that came in the cloth was old and discolored and.and.the boxes are so old that are unglued and falling apart. What an awful presentations to the awarded individuals that we're recognizing. As a radio station, we only ordered half of what we need. We still need to order more but we truly have to thing this one because we expected something as pictured. The lettering perfect. I would of paid you for the boxes that you send them in if needed but what you sent is embarrassing.
All of the medals look wonderful. The only problem I had was that 4 of the engraving pieces that I ordered to go with Valedictorian medals I already had did not fit. I needed one inch by one inch, but I didn't see that as an option.
The products that they advertised and the products that you received are totally different. Poor quality products and paid top money. Also was not sent what I ordered. This company lied to me and would not make good on their service. I called their customer service and complaint about the wrong order. The customer service personnel assured me that they will rush the order and will send me the replacement asap. Later on I received an email saying I have to pay for the new order. I called the customer service again and once again they said sorry for the internal miscommunication and they will send me the new order soon and someone will follow up with me. Several days later I am still waiting for someone to call me and waiting for my order. Nothing show up. I am now question about the business ethic of this company. The internet shows that they have many positive reviews and I do not experience any positive with my order.
I was shocked that this website was so easy to order from. Couldn't believe it was shipped same day and I received it in 3 days. So much easier that having to travel to pick out, have to wait couple days for engraving, go back to pick up. So easy! I needed it quickly and I got it quickly! Thank you!
The 2nd and 3rd place trophies looked great-- Just like they did on the website. However, the 4 larger 1st Place trophies were asymmetric. The tops of each of those trophies were leaning to the left or right by a substantial margin. I cannot present them to winners of our event!
Overall, I think the experience was good. I found what I was looking for and the website was easy to navigate. The items purchased were pretty good. I only wish that the plates that go with the medals were a little bigger. The medals themselves were 3" in diameter, but the plates were 1.72". There wasn't enough space to put the names of some of the kids. That was my biggest complaint.
When I called customer service to get the lowdown on Canadian shipping and customs fees, it was clear that Crown awards was a different kind of trophy company. Seamless online order experience and outstanding product arrived with beautiful engraving, I could not be more pleased. Every item without exception, from 3 kinds of medals to 6 different trophies (including glow-in-the-dark and engraved crystal) surpassed my expectations. Thank you, Crown!

I love how this trophy turned out as it's used with strong material and looks great! The only issue I had was the trophy appeared to have a chip on the top of it. Sounds like Crown Awards is going to take care of this for me, so I still believe they deserve 5 stars.
