I called to place my order and was clear on my needs. No dome - engraved back medals. I signed off on the proof. I recevied an invoice for domed (even before I got item) I called to correct - and no one returned my call for quite some time (I called at 6 pm got a call back the next day at 3 pm) - the wrong order arrived - dome - and stickers to attatch No engraving. The woman I spoke to was not helpful and kept implying it was my fault
Ordering was a breeze! I was very impressed how fast the order processing/shipping/delivery took - received my order the next day! Now, that is exceptional customer service! Trophies are great and are perfect for our contest! I will definitely order from here again and refer others to as well.

The awards were great as they always have been when I've placed orders. What baffled me was that although my order was virtually the same as last year's, the shipping costs went from $29.99 to $94.99. I understand that pricing for everything has gone up due to the economy, but triple the cost?
The awards I purchased were perfect! I particularly loved the 24 Hour turnaround option. I ordered 5 awards with different engravings on each on Monday and they were at my door Tuesday afternoon! Thank you for the quick turnaround to make our office event extra special this year! Great Job!
I have used Crown for my runs for 10+ years and they never disappoint. Weird packaging this year though. Each medal was packaged in a protective plastic bag. I thought how wonderful. A great way to protect each medal…until I realized that each bag was pierced by the medal ribbon. So you have to ruin the bag to put the sticker label on the back! What a nightmare. Nice in theory but poor in execution. Otherwise, I love Crown. They are fast, high quality and quick!

As an athletic director, I order many trophies a year for various things. I have ordered with Crown Trophy many times and not had one single problem. The online design process coupled with the speedy delivery options fit my needs perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Crown is great when everything works within normal parameters. As soon as you require any staff within the complex to do anything, or provide advice on anything other than their specific job parameters they shut down in fear! I found the staff so restricted by Crown rules that I felt bad for them. Staff are just restricted drones in a huge organization. Never again. Go else ware for quality service at better value!
They don't notify you that something is out of stock until you have gone through the entire process! Then, it doesn't really say what part is not in stock. I tried many combinations and gave up after about 20 or more tries! Don't bother! This is a serious waste of time.
I ordered three trophies for my nonprofit's annual meeting on a deadline. Not only were the awards cheaper than the competition (by about $100 each) but the awards came within 2 days of my approving the proof. Definitely recommend, and will be using them again next year!
