Crown Awards

I ordered from Crown Awards, the website is easy to use and the customer service is great my package arrived on time, I love the dog tag keychains that I brought and will definitely make future purchases.

OUR CHILDREN'S CHURCH HAD AN END OF THE SUMMER OLYMPIC GAMES WHERE THEY COMPETED IN BIBLE THEMED GAMES. THE ADULTS HAD JUST AS MUCH FUN AS THE KIDS. I MADE SURE EACH CHILD GOT A MEDAL IN SOMETHING. THEY FELT LIKE REAL OLYMPIANS WHEN THEY RECEIVED THEIR MEDALS. EVEN TOOK A PICTURE OF THEM BITING THEIR MEDALS LIKE THE REAL ATHLETES DO. WE WILL BE REORDERING WHEN WE DO ANOTHER EVENT IN THE WINTER.

I have never had a problem before and I hope this can be fixed. Several of the reading medals are upside down. Not really a good idea to give a student an award from a teacher that is upside down.

So far so good we will wait to see final product as this is the first time I am purchasing from this company
I received the trophies and I am very pleased with the the product I particularly like the iconic football trophy it feels and looks great and I was very surprised at how fast everything came due to the fact that they all had Individual text on each trophy

Easy transaction: could customize my item; pricing was clear; great web interface and ordering process; super fast shipping; quality item and good value!

Website was really slow tonight. Kicked me off a couple times. The plate size choice is different on the gold only page compared to the multi option page

The timing and delivery was excellent. As a new person ordering plaques online, I wish I had seen the sample with my words and lettering prior to checkout.

Initially thought they were not engraved but then realized I needed to stick on the tabs to the back of the medal. Would order again. Fast, easy process.

We've ordered employee awards from Crown for serveral years. There website seems to be relatively easy to use and the customer service responds quickly to questions.

My order was incorrectly engraved. Crown awards is fixing but if time frame would have been an issue I would have been more upset. Because we still had time to fix it was not as upsetting.

Thank you for sending the invoice from last year- allowed me to order quickly and easily! Could change the trophies up a bit so they didn't look the same but still a great trophy! Thank you!
