Easy to maneuver around the sight...not smart phone friendly( but again it could be my personal phone) Delivery time was excellent expected product on Monday received it Saturday

I really appreciated the reminder email sent 1 year after my first order; it worked, for I wouldn't have remembered to order our annual award until too late.

I received the award plaque I ordered - within 3 days - love it - was not expensive- BUT looks like it was.

Easy to navigate. It would be nice if there were more Pinewood Derby options without the Cub Scout logo on them. We do not "Powder Puff" (my girls are insulted by that), however, we Pinewood Derby.

Crown Awards is very easy to shop and has a huge variety of trophies and medals from which to choose. They arrived in a day or 2 and are carefully packed to prevent damage. Great shopping experience.

Shopping Experience was great. The site during checkout did not like some of the information I typed in, and I was unclear as to why. It finally worked but was a bit frustrating.

Our customized logo came out perfectly. Very happy with how you handled that. The award itself (not the customized part) wasn't quite as nice as I had hoped--with a couple of noticeable blemishes.

Pretty easy. Maybe too many choices, but it was simple enough. I like that the cart remembers all the customizations because I had to leave the screen for a minute and come back.
