The online shopping experience was very easy. The product arrived earlier than expected. It is nice. My only complaint is the material. I thought it would be a marble-type stone (not marble, of course, considering the low price), but it turned out to be wood painted as marble. That was disappointing; way lighter than expected, but still nice looking.
First time I have used Crown Awards. Very easy sight to navigate and find what I needed. CA did a very nice job on all the updates from receiving my order to the process and the shipping. Got it within 3 days. Very, very happy with the whole experience!
We've been using Crown Awards for our event for several years now, and the quality and service have been excellent. I do miss the opportunity to proof the final product before printing, but understand removing that step is necessary for the quick turnaround.
Ordered a duplicate order by mistake. Got in touch with them in an hour to see if they can cancel. They refused to cancel and said they were required to ship it still. Wouldn't even just not ship the order to at least be able to refund the shipping cost. So don't order from here unless you are 1000% accurate and positive about your order. The agent was also just copy and pasting answers, never even said sorry. Awful customer service.

They were delivered to the wrong door of my home without the delivery company notifying me of the delivery. Thankfully, this email prompted me to look for the delivery that I discovered this morning. While not a reflection on Crown Awards, this feedback needs to be shared with your vendor to improve their service experience.
This is the 4th time I have ordered our team gymnastics trophies from crown awards. The website makes it easy to customize and I get the shipment within the week each time! The packaging is done meticulously so it doesn't damage the trophies.

This company has the worst customer service ever. I put in an order for 100 trophies. I called 10 days later looking for an update. They said the order was on hold yet they had not reached out to me to resolve the issue. They claimed that the billing address did not match the card which is not true since I use it all the time. I tried to verify the card number to see if they had a typo but they were unable to do that. Ten days and no communication. This is my first experience with this company and very likely my last.
Received the 3 medals in very timely manner. The web interface was super easy to use and very informative. I love all the choices they have! Yes, I had to apply the sticky plaque on the back of the medal myself but I don't mind. The medals look nice and as shown on the web. The ribbon is nice and simple as I expected from the web. And the price is reasonable! I'll use them again if the occasion occurs.
I ordered gold, silver, bronze medals with horse heads for an upcoming horse event. The order was filled within the week and the quality of the medals is excellent. I could specify text for the backs, that was printed on a nice material that was easy to affix to each medal. I am very pleased with this product, it is exactly what I was looking for!
As I had said above, I had some hesitancy ordering online. I must admit the speed of which the order came and the impressive packaging that will double as a gift box, coupled with the quality of the product I am very impressed. If the opportunity presents itself again I will definitely come back to Crown Awards again.
Crown Awards made ordering awards easy. Instructions were easy to follow, delivery was quick, and the product was great. I will be using Crown every year now for my golf club awards. I have also told a few other golf clubs about simple, fast ordering and quality of Crown.

I had some rude customer service from a company I patronized for years, an I Googled something about medals, and I found Crown Awards. I'm so glad that I did. Not only was the process absolutely simple, but the cost was less even with expedited shipping! I ordered my medals on a Friday afternoon and received them on a Sunday afternoon! Still, I was a bit skeptical until I opened the package and saw the beautiful awards that I ordered for half the cost that I normally spend, and in better quality. I'll ALWAYS order from Crown Awards moving forward. This experience was truly amazing. I don't normally write online reviews, but I had to do so today so that hopefully consumers realize that this company is the TRUTH. Thank you, Crown Awards!
I gave it 4 star just because the trophies "2023" design is not sealed or engraved, its a paper insert. Some of the trophies the "2023" paper was off and had to use hot glue to avoid it moving out of place.
Ordered trophies for our annual Night at the Races to benefit our Special Accommodations Prom for kids and young adults, and the turn around time was very fast and even with engraving 4 days and they were at my door. Excellent service and well made for a great price.
