I was very unhappy that I paid.75 for "engraving" but received a sticker to apply to the medal. I normally order from Trophy.com where they engrave my medals in the back, I was disappointed that this was not clarified more clearly. I will not order from CrownAwards in the future. However your delivery time was amazing.
