I found the website a bit less mobile friendly than would be ideal, which almost led my purchase elsewhere. However, after ordering from crown last season and being very happy with the product and the friendly customer service by phone, I ordered anyway. There are multiple features that I think the website could make minor changes to that would make the customer experience so much smoother. That said, the overall experience, including selection, quality, shipping time, pricing, and customer service do make up for the website shortcomings and I do plan to order from crown again in the future.

I have used Crown Awards for years and will not use anyone else. The speed of the order is beyond impressive. One year when an item was broken, they overnight ship a new one in time for the event. Service is top notch, wish other companies could learn from them...
