Crown Awards

I planned a Event had everything Perfect and when I checked for my Order that I placed the Company cancelled it without contacting me on time to correct the billing address didn't match my mailing address no one never called and asked me hey did you move and I would've told the yes that's why the mailing & billing address is different they just canceled my order their selves without contacting me and I realized this one day before my event because I decided to call to see where is my order that I placed so I didn't get my order at all!

I placed an order which was due to be delivered the day before my daughters team celebration. The order did not arrive so I placed a call to crown awards and spoke with Myra at *******700 ext 513 who advised me they would open a claim. Since they do not require signatures for deliveries, FedEx denied the claim. When I called back to crown awards and again spoke with Myra, I was offered an in store credit or another order of trophies even though I had stated several times that the order had been replaced by a local trophy store. I was then told there was nothing else that could be done. After making several phone calls between FedEx and crown awards, I was placed on an extended hold by Myra. When she returned a few minutes later, Myra advised they will reopen the claim and provide me with a refund within 7-10 business days. I will NEVER order from here again!

Although the quality of the actual medal was excellent, verify ACTUAL color of neck ribbon. Black / gold looks like black/orange. When ordering, the pic did not look orange, but my entire staff and I agree the order received is definitely pumpkin orange. Not a single person thought it looked gold at all. Rep told me "our gold does kind of look orange. You should have ordered yellow if want more of a gold color". She had me send a pic and responded, "Yes, that is our gold. Our orange looks like this..." and sent me a pic of their dark, burnt orange ribbon. Definitely, does not match the color scheme of our event. I will have to purchase new ribbons locally and fix myself.

I had a good experience while purchasing in this website. Only thing is that the final fee kept building up. For example, I thought the final fee was going to be $31 but then it went up to $51 and finally with shipping, the final fee went up to $63. That's is thirty dollars more than what I originally thought it was going to cost. Other then that, the plaque came in the next day nice and safe.

Had a last minute award we wanted to present in just a few days. Crown got it done and delivered right on time. Grateful for this company and their attention to detail. We will continue to work with them in the future!
