First thing this morning I contacted customer service to place an order for a 4" plate with a new message. The initial message had to be modified and I was asked to call Crown Award to see how long it would take to receive the new template. As I was speaking with "Celeste" I received a message that the initial template is good to go. Throughout my conversation with Celeste, she was so amiable, and professional, and actually shared the moment of receiving last-minute changes with me.
