STAY away CREATIVES... you will lose your Creative Account, Time, Money, and more... a scam... legal action must happen

They will give you a bogus reason when you want to withdraw your money, and basically, your account will be lost.

I want to take legal action on this freelancing site. Where should I go to file a case against them - Is there any international court where I file my case.

I've all the info on how they cheated with the Clients & Creatives.

I was skeptical at first, but we got so many great designs to choose from. They weren't all great, of course, which made it easier to ultimately choose between a top 5 selection. There were a couple of designers whose design made our top 5, but they were not responsive to our requests for tweaks, so we had to drop them - and that was disappointing. But other than that, this was a nice, streamlined system for taking on a re-branding for our organization. I would recommend it - especially to people who are operating as individuals. Not a fault of Crowdspring, but it was a headache getting feedback from members at times because everyone had diverging and contradicting opinions about designs. Ultimately, the fact that we had over 70 votes per top design in our focus group, we could see which 2-3 rose to the top from among the 9 or so that we had them vote on. I also received timely responses from the Support Team via email, and I had several questions for her (Ashlee). Cheers!

The BBB Complaints regarding CrowdSpring go unanswered by the company.
I paid Crrowdspring $299.00 for a t-shirt design that they advertised and promised to provide dozens of unique designs within 7 days and which they further promised a 100% refund if not fully satisfied with the designs. Three and four days later, after having received only one design, I contacted Crowdspring regarding my disappointment with the design and the fact that my 7 days was almost up and still had only 1 design that was not at all consistent with what I requested and very amateurish.
I requested a full refund multiple times prior to the 7 days being up and after subsequent amateurish designs that were not consistent with my brief. I received an email response from Ashlee confirming receipt of my written requests for a refund and stating "I will forward your request to our refund team. Refunds take around 3 weeks to complete."
It has now been over 30 days and not only have I still not received the refund, but no one from Crowdspring has responded to my follow up email regarding having not received the respond.

I am SO Pleased with how the process evolved and my final logo. The value for my dollar is definitely realized through this process and also the business model for the creative client process and interaction. I have already recommended to others and one may use CrowdSpring for a logo redesign. I have informed subur of this information and hope she participates Also, customer service (Marc) was quick to respond and very patient with my simple questions. Thank you Marc. In a time such as we are living with uncertainty, especially with customer service lacking in so many areas of the average business for various reasons, there is no evidence of the outside world chaos reflected in my experience with CrowdSpring and I TRULY appreciate the caring atmosphere that CrowdSpring presents-in regards to the Creative and the Client. Very bad site.first it gets it competition done and when designer win they dont pay them.not at all expected from site like these.

First time user of Crowdspring. I was skeptical that I would get a reasonable amount of quality submissions but went ahead and took a chance. I also decided to "gaurantee" the funding (no refund) with the mindset that more people would be willing to take a stab at it if they knew SOMEONE would be receiving payment.

I had almost 100 submissions within a week and I likely would have had more if I had been more responsive (busy with work). The artists were top notch and I struggled with deciding who to "award" the winner and receive the visual rights to (in my case a company logo). The process was streamlined to include a feedback/testgroup process where I could request my professional peers and friends to vote on which entry they liked (of finalists that I couldn't decide between). Long story short, I got exactly what I wanted out of the service, I highly recommend it, and I'll probably use it again for another project in the future.
