Worst customer service I ever faced. Made an order on 29/5/22 and today 6/6/22, the parcel has still not been shipped. After numerous tries to contact them, I finally managed to do it today and asked about the delay.They informed me that they are facing huge delays. Therefore I asked them to change the standar shipping option to express on my behalf because of the delay. The customer service refused it and I replied "so you offer bad customer service to your clients."
The answer I got from the employer Kaloyan K. Was "wow" and terminated the chat all of the sudden. I strickly do not recommend Crocs.eu to to anyone
