Creative Circle

Horrible company. I've spent the last two years applying to jobs in my field through them. Not once have I got a call back or interview. Not even an email confirmation. I'm a 3D modeler and game programmer by trade and have gotten hired through other sources for small freelance concept art jobs.

The UI on the website is horrible as well. You have to sit there and peck through one by one each city and industry. You'd think for being a company called "CreativeCircle" they would have better web designers. Most of the jobs on the listings do not even relate to the creative industry. It's mostly customer/business service jobs.

I hate to say it, but I don't believe any of the five star reviews here. They seem fake to me.

I am a film director, editor, SFX artist with a BS from Full Sail University. I have had films that have been in festivals and won awards. I have also had an account with Creative circle for at least 5 years and I have not had ONE interview. One day I decided to call (2 years ago) and ask why I have never been called for any of the job postings I get and apply to every day? Well first off, the receptionist tone of like I was bothering her and offered to take me off the mailing list, what a way to be helpful right? I asked to speak to someone instead and after holding for several minutes I got someone. The recruiter was very nice, looked at my resume, said it was very impressive but alas, could not tell me why I had not been given an interview for at least one job lead after 3 years of applying. I actually got off the phone thinking "well now that they have heard my voice, they'll look out for me"... wrong, 2 years later, still nothing. I don't know what the problem is and no one there will give me a decent answer or even a chance. If anyone of you have had better experiences with Creative Circle then congrats, all I have gotten from them is apathy and ignored. They have definitely failed me.
