Waited a month for an advertised new power board, tried to contact them 3 times prior to delivery, board finally showed up, it was a used board in worse condition the my original, dose'nt work either. Another scum Chinese bait and switch scam! Stay away. RATS should closed up for internet fraud!

In all my years of buying online this is my worst experience. I was shipped a defective product and these people refused to pay for the return shipping and blamed me for not knowing anything about the product. They have the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I read some bad reviews so was naturally worried. I ordered a powerboard for an old LG Plasma TV. Item was received in good time (took a couple of weeks from China to Australia so all good there in today's World). Item was extremely well packaged. Wrapped in foam wrapping multiple times and inside two cardboard boxes. TV is now back up and running well!

I Can finally warn other people from using these guys now I have just received my refund, minus restocking fee! I ordered a powerboard that came 2 months later and in that time assuming it was lost in the post with no confirmation from them, I purchased elsewhere. When the board arrived I immediately sent back and was told I will get a full refund after back and forth emails and being called a scammer myself! Unbelievable! It arrived in China a month after it was sent (September... this is months after trying to contact them to start the refund process). In October I'm told there is a restock fee. The original purchase was in May. 6 months later, half a year! I get my refund.
When you email these guys you most likely will not get a response for days, even weeks unless you hound them which is what I had to do!

Board was in a very bad quality and out of order. The order was in February 2022. Checked it and complained about it. Only a very late reaction and even in after sent back for repair... no reaction in after 5 months now. Keep your fingers off this company. No cash back / refund of my money paid per paypal till now 29. August 2022.

I purchased a main board from this company and as soon as I saw my receipt I knew the fix was in. The order was showing it would ship from US but once I purchased it then said shipping from China. I emailed them about this and it took them days to respond, in fact, I received an email from ANOTHER chinese factory asking to me to purchase another item through them instead. Cradeal has awful communication and they very seldom respond. When they do respond, they are short and misleading.
You will not be able to get your refund. I wished I'd checked the reviews beforehand. DO NOT not trust anything you see on their site. Trust me. You won't be able to get your money back and paypal will not help you.

After buying my product (TV Powersuply) I thought I'd have a little look at the reviews. Wow! I started to worry. I had no message to confirm dispatch so I sent them an email asking. They got back to me straight away the next day. I received up to date tracking and my item actually came 4 days earlier than expected according to the tracking. It is true that the items come from China however I'm happy and can say that my purchase was more than succesfull and I now have a working tv again. Couldn't be more than satisfied.

I ordered a new power supply board for my 10 year old Samsung 55" TV, which had failed. I found 3 websites with the exact board I needed and Cradeal had it for $89 including shipping. I ordered on October 26,2020 and it arrived November 9,2020 via DHL. After reading negative reviews here I wasn't expecting much. However, the power supply was wrapped well, clean and arrive in perfect condition. I installed it in the TV and the TV works great again. I've always been impressed with the picture on this TV and was glad I get get it repaired for $89.

I ordered a TV power supply board from Cradeal. I thought it was unusual that I got no email to confirm my order and when I looked at reviews, I saw that they were not very good. When I went to the Cradeal site, I could see my account and it showed that they had received my payment (via PayPall) and that my order was "processing".

After 7 days, I got a text saying I would receive a package from DHL in 3 days. Sure enough, the package arrived on the third day - so the order took a total of 10 days. Not bad for something coming from China to the US. It was packaged very well, was exactly what I ordered, and is working perfectly in my TV.

I would have liked better communication from Cradeal, but based on my experience they are a very legitimate supplier.

I ordered a T-Con board from Cradeal/Boardss because their warranty said they would refund for any reason if returned in 7 days and I knew it was a used board so it might be bad if they didn't test it. I was right, it hadn't been tested and was worse than my existing board so I requested a refund within 7 days. Not only did they try to come up with several reasons not to refund, they reworded their warranty to try and defraud me. After hassling them they finally sent me a return authorization and I sent the board back at my expense. Well, they never refunded my money and they ignored my further attempts to contact them. These crooks are frauds and you should not deal with them. I got a better board on eBay.

I ordered twice with them, at the time of my order it say plenty in stock, last time it was 28 in stock, i placed my order iu wait and wait and wait, and check frequently, it keeps saying 28 in stock, i contact the support desk and i get to hear "out of stock"
This happened now for the second time in a row, they are FAKE AND FRAUD (price also goes up dayly)

Ordered a part for my tv from them. They sent one that was damaged. They told me to send it back at my expense and they would send a new one that wasn't broken. I sent it back at my expense. They confirmed that they had received it and said they would send a new one out. That was a few months ago and I have emailed them repeatedly. Only getting replies about 1/4 of the time that don't make any sense (asking for my shipping address for the 5th time, asking what my order number was for the 10th time even though its in the subject line, etc.)

Bottom line, they have my money, I have nothing to show for it. That makes them thieves.
