I was at my wit's end trying to produce a really good resume so that I can find the job I wanted. The resume writer assigned to me * is the worst at providing customer service in her emails. She does not know how to respond with sincerity. She is rude and only makes the customer more frustrated and not happy. She isn't good at what she does by any means. Waste of money and the customer service # you call to talk to someone isn't any help at all as well. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! She didn't address what was important in my resume - claiming she knows best! The worse customer service there is. Won't recommend them to anyone! Wish I would have read the reviews before hand. THEY SUCK!

I needed a resume fast, but I wasn't willing to sacrifice quality. Justin was able to pull off what I would call a perfect resume in about 24 hours. If I need to do this again, I will be sure to come here first.

I felt sad, frustrated and humiliated by the tone of her writing and she negated herself, asking for additional info, later complaining that she only asked for two links for job descriptions I was interested in. My request for respect and positive attitude was met with lack of accountability and not addressing my major concerns.
When discussing my concerns with *, the owner, my concerns were minimized and in less than 5 minutes, he practically kicked me out of services, that if "firing" me. Can you believe?
