Didn't get free shipping even though I spent required amount before taxes, no overview of what you purchase. Overall a bad site layout.

Very comfortable, works great. If I could change anything about it, make the heat pads larger and place some in the sleeves.

Cale has been very helpful in resolving an issue I had with my old battery. In fact he even followed up with Mobile Warming folks who I had communicated with and never heard back from, but he contacted them and asked them to follow up. Cale has been exceptional in customer service. Will do some more shopping with Cozy Winters because of Cale.
There was an issue with getting delivery from the original manufacturer. Jamie and Destiny took extra care to resolve the issue and get it delivered on time.

The Sno Brum removes snow off my car so fast with no hassles. And it is very durable. My first one I had for 6 years! Finally ordered a new one, gave my old one to a co-worker. And ordered one for a neighbor!

It said free shipping on orders over $75.00 but charged me shipping at check out
I'm not satisfied at all. At the end of Christmas Day when all guest went home and my wife finally had a chance to sit and enjoy her heated seat cushion it lasted for about 20min and the cushion burned out. The wall adapter and the plug on the cushion show the led lights indicating that there's power but the cushion went cold and will not heat up again. I will not be plugging in the second cushion and risking damage to my couch or car seat.

Answer: Hello, Professional installation is recommended for this motorcycle seat cushion heater. You will need to open up the seat leather at the seams to install the heater underneath the first layer of leather. The product comes with installation instructions, but we definitely recommend using a professional to install. Thank you.
