The only suggestion I have is to have a size that would better fit wider and longer length sleep recliners; the regular recliner and love seat sizes were either too small or too wide for our chairs. However, once I revised the elastic bands by sewing them together and reattached the one-piece band about 8" from the top of the back side of the unit, it stays in place fairly well. My husband is much more comfortable during our extremely cold nights and, sometimes, during the day as well.

Order arrived in a timely fashion and was exactly what I ordered. Product appears sturdy and well-made.
Overall the products and shipping are good. I have no idea why they shipped separately and so far apart and with two different shipping companies. Odd. The rug heat is not bad. It's the seven foot runner but honestly does not produce much heat. If I stand on in it in bare feet for a few minutes I will feel the warmth but for over $200 I think I expected a little more.

I did not receive the color (grey) that I ordered!
Never received free shipping as advertised on website for orders over $75.00. My order was over $75.00 but still had to pay for shipping. No option for free shipping like other websites. Would have given 5 stars if free shipping was honored like on the website.
I received my order, and found it was short an item. I sent a message and a photo to them, and they immediately shipped the missing piece - overnight!

Answer: Hello, Professional installation is recommended for this motorcycle seat cushion heater. You will need to open up the seat leather at the seams to install the heater underneath the first layer of leather. The product comes with installation instructions, but we definitely recommend using a professional to install. Thank you.
