I was pleasantly surprised to receive the two boot dryers that I had ordered when I was informed they only had one to ship, and the second one wasn't available until October. The first one is working properly and will test the second one in the next couple of weeks. I want to have the ability to return either item under warranty, if there is a problem.

Battery worked perfectly, wife happy! Delivery when stated, looked every where for this battery, needs charger available.
Good,easy the usual online order program. Took 4 days on a 2 day delivery program. Not all upset about it though.
With RA you need heat even in the spring
Promised scheduled delivery date was met BUT planning to return item in sealed, unopened state from store because I might not need it next winter.
I ordered the cozy winter battery operated glove liners and received the 12v "plug in" liners instead. I ordered the battery operated liners so I did NOT have to plug into my bike battery. Useless gloves now.

The heated floor mat arrived even earlier than promised. Have not had a chance to use in my RV yet but it works as advertised.
I ware a 7 &i/2 size shoe... I may should have order a size smaller... the ones I received are really to wide to stay on very good. I am going to take some 1 inch wide elastic and make a band to fit over my shoes and cleats. I think that will make them stay in place better... If I can just make it though a few more winters I'll have it made... I will be 86 in June... so I have a good chance of winning this battle... thank you all so much... Virginia sorry... I couldn't get it in one sentence... story of my life...
I purchased the heated socks for my 85 year old Father that suffers from poor circulation, mostly in his feet. He wears the socks through the night so he doesn't have to get up in the middle of the night to soak his feet in warm water in order to get back to sleep. He told me that he was able to sleep through the night wearing these heated socks. He now feels more rested than he has in a long and is much happier, thank you.

Answer: Hello, Professional installation is recommended for this motorcycle seat cushion heater. You will need to open up the seat leather at the seams to install the heater underneath the first layer of leather. The product comes with installation instructions, but we definitely recommend using a professional to install. Thank you.
