I was pleased with every aspect except ordering by phone the girl that took my order did not speak English very well and I had to repeat my name and the order several times almost gave up on the order, but product was priced very well and shipping time was good as well

This jacket is very well made. Keeps the wind out as well as the heat in. It's a bit pricey, I assume for the novelty of having the battery heat. I bought in the purple. Fits well and looks nice. Have received many complements on it.

The heater works perfectly in our cat house. We have it on low and with an outside temperature of 29 degrees, the house stayed at 55 degrees. I did think it was to come with a heat deflector for the top, but my husband rigged up a piece of metal for it.
Overall, very satisfied.

I thought I would get free shipping why am I being charged for it. We haven't tried them out yet

Only issue have had is a faulty remote control but called and service dept shipped out a new one immediately.

Nice coat. Its lightweight but warm. You could easily pack this jacket in your bag for colder weather. It doesnt take up hardly any room at all but its so comfortable i dont never want to take it off.

I bought boot and glove dryer. My nephews often visit me in winter holidays.

I bought one of these car seat warmers for my wife last Christmas and she absolutely loves it, so I just bought another for my daughter. They warm up fast, the heat stays even and constant, and they are easy to fit and adjust. Very pleased.

I highly recommend cozy winters. The site is user friendly and the Tracs I ordered for my graddaughter arrived quickly and this was the only place I could find this item for children. I will be back to shop again!
