So far so good.i wanted an extra pair of lenz socks and your price was competitive.
Good, thick piece of clothing. A bit on the expensive side and even though it claims to work by Bluetooth, have not had any success in getting my garments to synch. Push buttons do work to turn on and set heat settings, just inconvenient fighting layers of clothing to adjust.

I ordered the heated snowboard jacket in Large.
I received the delivered email days before it arrived which was irritating because I thought my order had been lost in postage.
Upon arrival I payed an extra $40 in duty fees. I have never had ronoay duty fees on anything I've ordered out of the country before. I was told it was likely due to how the package was labelled.
Opening my package I was SO dissapointed to realize this is just a shell with heaters. For $200 ($350 after duties Canadian!) I expected a real jacket. Certainly not a full blown winter fill, but something medium weight that you could wear comfortably without the heater on. That is not the case, this is practicallya windbreaker.
This is supposed to be a christmas gift for my little brother, who doesn't have a winter jacket.
HOW AM I GOING TO GIVE HIM A WINDBREAKER AS A WINTER JACKET.
I'm sure you realized earlier up in my message, but we live in CANADA. It's cold here!
I wouldn't be able to resell this for more than $80 here. If I had been able to view this in a store I would not have payed any more than $80.
I'm very unsatisfied with the product description and won't be ordering from your company again, or recommending it.

The tracking of the three was difficult. Received several email on the expected delivery date. Difficult to determine which item the email was referring.
Very easy to order. Fast shipping. If you needed to return your product please note that you do pay for shipping the free shipping you received on the order because it cost them money to ship to you.
I did return both products however. I return the heated socks and ordered a better pair. I return the heated gloves as they were way too big and the extra small was on back order. So I am just deciding on what to do about that. The service was good And the products were fine. Just waiting on my more expensive pair of heated socks. Thank you very much
