I'm an old customer who has purchased several sets of heated gloves over the years. I've been very happy with customer support. The products themselves have been mixed. The gloves I got for my wife work just fine. Yea! The gloves for me, however, have a mixed record. Referring to the earlier XL gloves I got for myself, a design problem was in the connector originating in the battery pouch that plugs into the battery set. The end of that connector frays and gives intermittent connections, and as far as I can tell there is no way to take the connector head apart and redo the wiring to make it work. So currently I have two gloves of one hand that don't work but one glove of the other hand that does work. With one hand not being kept warm, I purchased the new set and of course they both work fine. They also seem better designed to make it easier to put the battery into the battery patch and may put less stress on the connection. The price was great, with $100 off the regular price, so I'm happy. I just wanted to report my experiences. Maybe the new line you have that is replacing the old, discounted line will be more robust. Hope so.

I use for stand hunting, poor circulation had my feet cold in an hour. These socks work great I used about 12 times so far, haven't had cold feet yet, kept them on medium and each 5 hr. Morning hunt went great and still had juice left in the batteries. Coldest morning was only 20 degrees. Only problem is my remote control needs to be dialed in each time to the socks but this only takes 30 secs. To do. Otherwise I'd rate them with 5 stars. Dave Deboer
