This company is a scam. I ordered a coat for my girlfriend, and she tried it on, didn't like it, so I returned it; only to get it back saying they wouldn't accept it because it was covered in hair. After inspection, I found two small 3/4" hairs on it. Terrible customer service
We hoped we could have placed this inside the covers at the foot of the bed. Did not understand it was for out of bed use.
Shipping was more expensive than I expected. I suggest that you charge the actual price for shipping small orders

Easy to install, works unbelievably well! Highly recommended. This product took the chill out of what is normally a very chilly room, and our cats adore it too. I find myself with my shoes off in this room all the time now.

At first, I wrote a negative review. The product didn't work, and their customer service representative was less than helpful. The responses I got were extremely disappointing, and my initial impression was that I had been taken advantage of, with little recourse. THIS HAS CHANGED. I wanted to add... I emailed the company. They immediately responded, apologized, and shipped me a new seat. I had product questions, and they answered them. We've now had this seat cover for several months (all through winter), and it's been working great. It's black, so it blends into our dark grey / black Jeep interior. The fit is ok, considering it's a universal seat cover. Plenty of heat. No issues. In summary, our initial experience was rough, but we're glad we have this seat now, and it's worked all winter, just fine.
So far the ordering process experience was good. Will wait and see how the rest of the process goes. Product arrived earlier than anticipated. However, it was not what I was looking for. Had the picture shown a fleece lined footwarmer, I would not have ordered. Was looking for an under the sheet mattress pad footwarmer. I will keep this one because it is now too late to replace this gift. For what it is, the quality looks good.

You will need to open up the seat leather at the seams to install the heater underneath the first layer of leather. The product comes with installation instructions, but we definitely recommend using a professional to install. Thank you.
