There was a two day delay. I was contacted that my credit card address was wrong. It wasn't. All is well
You can't feel any warmth thru the pad. Does not get warm enough to even notice, so my cat won't get on it.

I did not had the chance to use the coupon "SAVE15" at check out as was advertised online.
They were offering free shipping or still could pay for shipping to get faster. Ordered a $700 boot dryer system on dec 14th with a 3-6 days shipping. Called on the 21st and they didn't even know if it shipped and then just blamed the manufacturer.
Positive experience. Product was delivered in a timely manner and worked as advertised.
Overall, the product works great. The installation instructions were incorrect. The customer service agent wasn't really great. However, the company emailed me the next day, apologized, offered to send a replacement immediately, and provided some additional instructions to see if that fixed the problem / confusion. In the end, a recent product-change didn't match the instructions. At first, I was very frustrated with my purchase. But today, the seat works great, the product is working fine, and the additional support received from the company representative via email, is really what brought this home. Thanks to C. Reeder for the response and support! The seat gets plenty warm, is easy to use, and looks great (much better than the cheaper variants). Glad we got this.
They do work and they are warm. The size may run large.

I exchanged one pair of gloves due to size, as the gloves run a little small and CozyWinters handled the exchange promptly. Nice work!
