Due to my own fault, an order was going to the wrong address. When I contacted CozyWinters, they called me back on their day off since it was the Christmas season and were so gracious about getting the address corrected. Also, they have stayed in contact with me to make sure I got the item.
Still waiting to get the refund paperwork. Were very good at responding to my request and tried to help, just haven't followed through.
The timer device is disappointing given its limited functionality, but our puppy took a bite out of the box -- so I guess we're stuck with it.
My only negative is that I thought there was free shipping and when I placed the order I realized that you were charging $17 for shipping a heated dog bowl! Seems a bit much.
I am very pleased with my pad as it big enough to cover my feet as they might move around. It has sufficient settings for time and temp for any condition.
It is a Christmas gift so we haven't tried it yet.

Very good. However, when I called and asked if there was an on/off switch, the technician said no but it did. Also, the unit did not suffiently heat my countertop.

I have two 5x7' radiant floor heating mats for one 8x10' wool rug in my living room. I used the original mat that I purchased with the rug. Setting up the radiant mats was easy. The rug warms up in about 10 minutes and feels great. It gradually warms up the entire large room.
Ordered, received, put it on the bed. Isn't cold enough to use it quite yet but I have multiple dogs and my furnace went out and we like to froze to death last winter. It was 31° at one point INSIDE THE HOUSE! I bought an electric blanket but my dogs kept chewing off the cords while I was at work. After the fourth blanket it was really beginning to get rather expensive so this year I opted for the heated mattress pad. So far they haven't even noticed a difference and the cords aren't as exposed as an electric blanket so I'm praying this is going to go well.

First off - I am very happy with my purchase. It fits very nicely, is comfortable and the heat works as it should. I am confused as to why so much of the sides were left open. I will definitely recommend it to other people. After browsing the online catalog I will be making future purchases.

It was very easy to install. The only thing I found a little confusing is the plug itself, there are two green lights, but only one comes on; and nothing in interactions about it. At first I thought it wasn't heating enough, but having tried it for a few days, the rug comes to a nice comfortable temperature, and it warms the basement family room nicely. Thinking of buying the outlet temperature controller, but there is a shipping fee.
Received heated cover. Have not opened it yet because we are taking it to our summer home next week.
I received my seat warmer on Friday 4/11/25. It was so thin that I initially thought I ordered a cover for an already heated car seat and was mad at myself. And then I noticed the electrical component sticking out of the edge. So I installed this on our motorhome passenger-side bucket seat - super easily. The cord that plugged into the 12v power source is long - thankfully. And I turned it on! It worked amazingly with zero troubleshooting required. We have a different vehicle with heated seats already. This cover did the same high-quality job as a factory installed heated seat! I used the cover on the "high" setting and it was quite warm. This is definitely worth the money. My other family members are now jealous as they are traveling without one!

Answer: Hello, Professional installation is recommended for this motorcycle seat cushion heater. You will need to open up the seat leather at the seams to install the heater underneath the first layer of leather. The product comes with installation instructions, but we definitely recommend using a professional to install. Thank you.
