Everything was great, customer service, shipping and even followed up to insure I'm happy! Will definitely purchase from them again.

I received an email saying part of my order was out of stock, would I like to cancel or get another similar item. The message was signed by a real person and gave her phone number as an option to reply. It felt so right to be able to talk with another human being instead of doing everything electronically. I've now received all the items in my amended order.

The box arrived in good condition, I was able to install the extra( purchased from Cozy) rug pad and heating layer for a 5x7 rug in less than 15 minutes. Plugged in and I have a warm floor. My kitchen is now warm in the morning. A perfect solution.

Bought the heated seat covers for a friend and she seems to like them.

The car seat warmer is just as described. It works so easily, and the best part is the auto shut-off after 30 minutes. I just need to spend a little time figuring out how to fully attach the elastic loops under or around my car seat, but the pad does stay pretty well in place. A great find for sure!

I bought this bag to replace my husband's heated boot bag that no longer works. This is large, efficient, easy to haul and has lots of storage!

So far very happy with my purchase- I have used it only twice so far but plan on using often throughout the winter to utilize my patio room more during the cold months to come.

The item was delivered today, however the back of the box is very damaged.
The item seems to be in ok shape.

Ordered the seat warmer for my 2013 Prius and the seat cover fits and works well. It helps with my bad back and I'm very happy with it.

Free shipping is great but when you do have to add shipping cost to an order is not so good.

Great mat. Ordering and delivery was easy. This is our second mat from this company.

So far are nice quality and heat nicely. My only negative is I put these on leather seats in a full size truck and they tend to slide around a bit on the bottom seat. They could use some more grip on seat surfaces.

Easy to place order online and delivered lightning fast. They are a Christmas gift and am sure they will be a hit.

We received both the non-skid layer and the heating pad within a day of each other. It was easy to install and has helped make our sunroom much more comfortable.

I called Cozy Winters for advice on ordering a heated seat cover for my Mini Cooper and she was fantastic! She answered all my questions and it was especially helpful because she was familiar with Mini Coopers and had the same seat cover i was interested in -- it eased my mind and she took my order over the phone, and I had the seat cover very soon afterwards, just put it on my seat, can't wait to use it, thank you!

Wish we had ordered these years ago! The mats work great, warm up the floor/ small room nicely. Going to order another one for the kitchen.
