I received a notice stating the UPS delivered my order. Not true. PayPal didn't review my claim, and automatically declined my claim. Their phone number and email listed on the site are invalid. I'm going to approach my bank regarding this to see if there's any way to refunded for this scam.
I ordered a product for Eczema on April 25th. The product has still not been delivered. Tried calling them and the phone just rings with no VM. Sent them a message still have not heard anything from them. Paypal is a con too, was unable to get a hold of anyone, said their offices were closed at 2PM PST. Called my CC and disputing the charge due to goods not being delivered.
Ordered vitamins from this website on April 14th. A week later received a tracking number that said UPS had delivered the package on April 3rd (11 days before I placed the order). I called UPS and gave them the tracking number and was told that the package was delivered to someone in my town but it wasn't me or my address. I filed a complaint with Paypal explaining what had happened and two weeks later the complaint is denied "because the seller provided a tracking number". They didn't even read my complaint that explained their scam. The seller won't respond to my emails and I am out $80.00.
I ordered some boxes of a vitamin drink mix on May 3rd. Two days later I received an email with a tracking number which corresponding to a supposed order I received on April 14th... two weeks before I even placed my order. I have an ongoing complaint with Psypal... we will see what happens.
Ordered several organic products not available in my local grocery stores on May 29,2020. The order was supposed to arrive between June 5th & June 12th, but still hadn't arrived by June 16,2020. I called support at 8:05 AM but there was no answer and no voicemail; it just rang and rang. I called again at 10:30 AM and it just rang and rang again. I cancelled payment. I certainly had not anticipated this; the website seemed fine and did not raise any red flags.
I ordered on May 3rd. It is now July 1st and no merchandise (cereal) having tried to reach them 7 times. They are scammers. Do Not Buy from them. You will lose your money.
I purchased some Elderberry gummies. Never received them. Purchased on 4-25-20. This website is a fraud. Buyer beware!
